I have a free Zoom account that will not let me into meetings unless I update.  When I click on update I receive error code 10004.  I decided to close the account and start again, but it said that I had a paid account and would have to close it through billing.  I did have a paid account for awhile until a year or so ago when I went back to free.  When I went to billing it said that I had a free account, so I couldn't do anything there. I would appreciate any suggestions geared toward an ignorant technophobe.  Thank you.
