I am very frustrated. I teach an online lecture on art history. In the past, I augmented my lectures with different media. I was able to play sound from my Spotify and YouTube accounts, and I successfully embedded my PowerPoint presentations on Zoom without issue. Now I cannot do this, at least not consistently.

Zoom's help site says:  

"select SHARE SOUND"

However, when I do NOT have a SHARE SOUND option!

I ensured that my sound settings were set for my MacBook Pro—still nothing.

I'm beyond frustrated because of all the work I have put in.

Does anyone have advice? It does not say I need an update (I did one recently)

Hello,  for about a month I am struggling with this issue.  Before that, I never had this problem.

When the host plays an audio or video, the music is filtered out, while the singer's voice I can still kind of hear, though.

I tried all possible settings and all possible combinations.  Also, on my Asus Vivobook (which I ended up updating (Windows, audio, ...) but the problem still persists.

Last week, I fiddled around again with the Zoom audio (additional) settings, and the problem seemed solved. However, with the next song that was played, the problem arose again. 

I have daily Zoom sessions with music in the background. So this is a very annoying problem.  Any suggestions?

Issues with Metro Bundler After Integrating Zoom Meeting SDK in React Native (Android)

After integrating the Zoom Meeting SDK into my React Native Android project, I encountered the following issues:

• Metro Bundler is not working properly, making it difficult to debug or run the app.
• Changes are not reflected in the app, even after restarting Metro and clearing the cache.

I have used Zoom for most of my 184 Keynote shows. Tonight, I was not able to show my file as a single-screen/slide. It showed the group the Presenter Screen - with the Next Slide showing. Something changed - not as intuitive as before.

Also - Share Computer Audio. I find it. I click on it. I chose Mono. But my audience never heard the audio clips. THAT really is annoying. I see no difference in my local screen between NOT sharing audio and sharing audio.

Zoom for Mac. Upgraded this afternoon to the latest version.

Nosotros tenemos actualmente el plan Pro y queremos hacer una reunión con traducción simultanea, no tenemos una persona que haga la traducción, ni tampoco nos sirven los substítulos, Lo que queremos saber es si es posible que yo por ejemplo hable en inglés y los usuarios puedan escuchar la traducción en ucraniano, pero sin que haya una persona que lo haga, sino a través de zoom de forma automática.

Si el plan que tenemos (Pro), no nos sirve nos gustaría saber con que plan sería posible hacerlo.

We currently have the Pro plan and we want to hold a meeting with simultaneous translation. We don't have a person to do the translation, nor do the subtitles work for us. What we want to know is if it is possible for me, for example, to speak in English and the users can listen to the translation in ukrainian, but without a person doing it, but through zoom automatically.

If the plan we have (Pro) does not work for us, we would like to know with which plan it would be possible to do it.

in getting ready for a zoom meeting I had 'camera disabled' once zoom started on my windows 10 desktop that uses a USB webcam.  

Seeing 'disabled' I started checking permissions of the browser (duckduckgo and chrome). 

I had recently changed from Norton 360 to bitdefender -so I went through all those settings. 

I next went to 'settings - devices' because I thought well maybe the camera quit working or a reboot was required.  

Device wasn't listed.  

Trace cable to webcam - it is unplugged.  

If the zoom application simply said 'camera unavailable' or 'camera not present' then I would have check it first. 

Since the application said 'camera disabled' someone with decades in the trade assumes that something is blocking access to the camera, but the system knows the camera is plugged in. 

The crafting of error message text is important.   

Many products simply say 'xxxx has encountered a problem and will shut down'   well, even the old blue screens at least told us where to look. 

I suggest an improvement to the diagnostics and error codes within zoom to save time as more often that not, we only engage the product a few minutes before we need it and that doesn't usually provide us with enough time to track down errors.

So now you get the boring one.   

I have 2 regular recurring meetings - one every Monday at 11am, and one every Wednesday at 6pm.  Today I discovered the meetings are no longer showing up on my list of upcoming meetings.  There's nowhere to start the meeting from.  I could recreate it, except the meeting link has been published  a number of places as they are regular office hours for virtual students.  If I find the link (like, that I sent out via email to a student in the past) it lets me start it and recognizes I'm the host, and all is well.  But how can I get it back to showing up in my list of scheduled meetings??

How can I integrate Zoom for Mac with iCal so that when I schedule a new meeting using the Zoom app, it automatically opens iCal? This was a feature I've been using for years on my old MacBook, but on the most recent version of Zoom Version: 6.3.6 (47101) it appears to no longer be an option.
