book presentation with panelists and audience

Dear all,

Thank you for being here to help rookies like me.

I want to organize a book presentation in which seven panelists will present the book along with the Author. We also want an Audience to watch this presentation, and at the end, we want them to be able to ask questions when all the panelists are done.

My plan in Zoom is up to 100 people, which is probably enough.

How can I separate the panelists from having the opportunity to talk from the audience that cannot get involved in the presentation, but just at the end for QA

Thank you very much

Hi,
You can use Zoom's Focus Mode feature. This allows the panelists to present without interference from the audience until the Q&A session. The host can assign the panelists as co-hosts and start Focus Mode so that only the panelists are visible during their presentations. At the end of the presentation, the host can disable Focus Mode and allow the audience to ask questions through the chat or unmute them.
Hope this helps!
