I’ve recently joined the Zoom forums and am seeking assistance with configuring the SetSuppressBackgroundNoiseLevel setting on Windows Zoom desktop clients via registry keys.

Specifically, I’d like to apply this setting as part of a post-installation configuration, ideally using registry keys. However, it’s important that users still retain the ability to modify this setting themselves later through the Zoom client interface.

I’ve recently implemented the SetSuppressBackgroundNoiseLevel registry setting on Windows Zoom desktop clients using the guidance from [article KB0064484], which indicates:

• Registry path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Zoom\Zoom Meetings\General

• Value name: SetSuppressBackgroundNoiseLevel

• Acceptable values:

  • 0 = Auto

  • 1 = Low

  • 2 = Medium

  • 3 = High
    Zoom Support+1

However, after applying this post-installation via registry, users are not able to adjust the setting themselves within the Zoom client.

This is for a paid account, and I have already enabled the HD video quality in the account settings. When I run a meeting on the desktop app, I can confirm that it streams at 720p. However, when I create and join a meeting using the Meeting SDK, the video output is only 640x360.

I was excited to try out the advanced polling feature "Rank Order" poll for an upcoming meeting. We have five candidates for two open positions on a committee, and rank order polling would help the committee quickly identify the top two candidates in a single vote. The Rank Order poll on Zoom, however, has some challenges that prevent it from being effective:

• The Rank Order poll automatically includes an un-editable description that the rankings are on a scale of Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree. This has nothing to do with ranking.
• Users can select the same rank multiple times in the poll - for example, ranking everything #1 - which skews poll results. A standard ranking poll should only let a user select each rank once for any particular option
• Poll results are displayed as a stacked bar chart with a count of the ranks given to each option. It would be more useful to see a weighted score for each option based on the total number of rankings available. This would allow the users in the meeting to quickly identify the top choice(s) based on a ranked choice calculation.

I am trying to Sync Azure AD Profile pictures for all users to Zoom

I am trying to find info on this but cannot  find any valid documentation anywhere.

I found articles with people using ADFS to do this but i got rid of ADFS not going back.

Does anyone have any information on whether this is possible, I have an ongoing tickect with support but were going in circles

Hello! I recently began to use zoom to schedule meetings regularly, but I have noticed that when typing in the 'attendee' field to schedule a meeting, there's no option to just choose from my actual contacts list or autofill. Given how often we hold the meetings and the amount of people, it's a bit tedious to copy/paste each individual email address. 

Given how common a feature autofilling contacts is, how do I do this on my Zoom account?

I already have contacts saved in my personal contacts list, but that doesn't seem to do anything.
