Hi there, I have a Zoom Business account, an external 2K HD webcam and am still seeing the HD box greyed out on my video settings. What do I need to do to get this to work?

If the HD settings are grayed out, this means the option has been locked at the group or account level. To make changes, please reach out to your Zoom administrator.
If you are the account owner or an admin, refer to this article for instructions on how to enable HD video.
