We usually use Zoom Meeting for broadcasts to YouTube. Our broadcasts include sign language interpreters, which makes it essential that, in addition to the presenter, the interpreter remains visible throughout the presentation. However, when screen sharing occurs, although it is possible to pin two videos simultaneously in Zoom, the same does not happen when the image is broadcast to YouTube, resulting in the display of only one video to viewers. Is this a limitation of Zoom, or is there a solution?

using PPT as background

I have MS Power point installed however when I try to set PPT as back ground , I get a message to " install Power point in this computer". I cant select PPT it remains shaded .

Recordings Don't Match Settings/Host View

I am hosting a zoom session and recording from the host screen in gallery view. There are two participants on screen and I use the pause button and the stop button during recordings. Between "pauses" the view changes from gallery to speaker view even... Show more

I am hosting a zoom session and recording from the host screen in gallery view. There are two participants on screen and I use the pause button and the stop button during recordings. Between "pauses" the view changes from gallery to speaker view even though I, as host, am still in gallery view. So the recording does not consistently reflect the host view or the cloud recording settings. Anyone know how to fix this? Thank you!

I've been having a bit of trouble with my Zoom account lately even while having sub of the day uk and my stomach was full and my mind was working. And I could really use some help. It seems like I can't get into some of the features in my account, and joining meetings has been a bit of a hassle. I've tried a bunch of different fixes, like reinstalling the app and making sure it's up to date, but no luck so far.

 

Just wondering if anyone else has run into this kind of thing before and managed to sort it out? Maybe someone's got a trick up their sleeve that could help me out too.

Hi. I have been providing online language lessons for years, but recently a peculiar issue occurred.

 

One of my students is unable to show himself to me, even though his webcam functions normally in other Zoom meetings.

He tried starting a Zoom session with his girlfriend, and they could both see each other just fine.

 

He seems to be the other person I am unable to see in class even though I can see my other students without a problem.

He expressed his concern saying that being able to show his face would allow us to have better interaction, with which I fully agree.

What could be some steps for him and/or me to take to address the issue?

I set up a pro version allowing for 1000 participants. When joining by computer or iphone or tablet to zoom via username and password, I’m successful.

However, when trying to dial in by phone it says:

“This meeting does not allow phone dial in”.

Please, what am I supposed to do to allow?

 I went through the set up procedure with no success. 
Also, what number do I put in third party audio?

Username. Or both username and password, or neither?

Unable to use Meeting Id

I have a meeting uuid which has double slash.

When I use this to hit the recordings API endpoint, it says no recordings found. However the recordings exist.

How to handle the double slashes in the uuid? Do I need to escape it by any means?

  1. Delay in audio between teachers and students.
  2. Delay in displaying handwritten content between teachers and students.
  3. Sudden switching of the whiteboard screen to the camera view.
