When I haven't used zoom for a while it wants to use an OTP (one time passcode) to allow me to sign in. The issue with this is, the passcode doesn't immediately arrive and can sometimes take an hour or even half a day to arrive. Consequently, by the time it arrives it is no longer valid so there have been times when I just simply can't access zoom at all! Ridiculous - and I don't seem to have the option to turn it off ....

I was just wondering what zoom version supports MacOS Ventura so I can download that zoom version.
Is there anyway to prevent double bookings of meetings or to get a notification that someone has already booked that meeting time? We are using the Zoom add in for outlook. Thank you for any suggestions.

I am using Zoom mainly for online training. Therefore, I have to send a lot of invites out. In my profile I set English as my language, while I am German based in Germany. When logging out and log in again, all settings are displayed in German. I need to go back to my profile and set English as language actively again even though my setting shows English a language. How can I set this permanently to English?

I work remotely for an executive who operates 80% of her day hosting Zoom meetings. I'm an executive assistant hired from outside the executive's organization. I was granted access under the company's paid accounts to my executive's inbox, Teams, Chat, Google calendar. It took us over a month to discover why we were struggling with Zoom links I shared--why, even when I made the executive the organizer, invited her, made it a Zoom meeting, that in fact she was not the host, and couldn't enter meetings scheduled directly from her calendar. It slipped through the cracks that I was not added to their paid account. So the question is this: I've been booking meetings on her calendar for over a month. I have now been added to the paid account. Do I need to resend all of the invites I created from her calendar before I was added to the paid account if we want to avoid the "host" problem again?

I've been using Zoom for several years for private and group meetings. I'd like to hold education webinars using Zoom and I want to know if it's possible to set up this scenario: I host a small group of 3 students in a Zoom meeting (I'm the 4th person). 2 students begin working on a task - on-screen - using their webcams to show what they are doing. The third student is only an observer. I am the host. While the 2 students are working on the task together - on-screen, I'd like to discuss (verbally) their progress with the third student who is the observer. I want our audio conversation to NOT BE HEARD by the 2 students working on their task. How do I make this happen? Is this even possible? I do not want to use 'break out rooms' because I need all of us to remain in one "room" while the task is being completed. Any advice and suggestions would be much appreciated.

Good day Please is there any means I can get zoom recordings for previous meeting on zoom. Though the recording was set to be local but I don't know what happened the person that was made the host of the meeting said it was not recorded on the local drive. The admin of the account just start the meeting and made one of the participants the host of the meeting.
