Zoom Meeting Sign In for students

Hello!  I have a Zoom Personal Meeting ID that I use on the regular for connecting with tutoring students (I am a dyslexia tutor).  I have employed it from my PC only.  Now I am wanting to utilize my laptop and would like to be able for my kids to connect using the same PMID.  I have tried it once and my student and I could not connect....no showing up in the Waiting Room per usual, and they receuved a message stating that I was not available and on another meeting.

 

What to I need to do to free this up?  Thanks!
