This morning for the first time my students cannot use their passcode that they normally use to join my sessions. They do not even show up in the participant screen at all. On their end it shows that I am already in a meeting. I have more kids soon.....

I figured it out. I had to re-download the Zoom installer to my hard drive. Then once it was there I was able to right click and select "Pin to Task Bar". Having programs reside on my DeskTop seems to be the only place that allows me to Pin anything ...
