Hello, same happened to us -yearly subscription paid, now license available. we are not able to get a support from Zoom

I have the same problem. I upgraded from the free version to pro. I paid online, the money has been taken from my account, the zoom-portal says, that they are working on the payment and i should wait for an email ... but nothing happens. Any ideas?
