Hi. I've always been able to schedule recurring meetings with no fixed time, but that option is no longer appearing when I click "recurring meeting". Does anyone know if there has been a change to this option?
I have a one Zoom ID where we have a add-on "Zoom Webinar 500".
I want to understand, if we can have meeting with 500 participants and not Webinar?
I want to use the Zoom Timer App to let my clients know when there are 10 minutes left in meeting to start wrapping up so I share the timer with them. I usually use the Mirror Image if I need to use my video for something in a session and noticed that the Timer App is also reversed. Any way to fix that while keeping my image mirrored? Thank you

Hi, Is it possible on the Basic Plan - allow participants to join before host? If so, how? I saw on thread that it is possible to allow participants to join before host, but there was no explanation on how that was done (as the thread was not question): https://community.zoom.com/t5/Meetings/Zoom-cuts-off-at-exactly-30-minutes/m-p/4046#M1635 I have read the Zoom support article and for me, https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/202828525-Allow-participants-to-join-before-host There is only Advance Options>Allow participants to Join Anytime, is this the same? There is no 'Join Before Host' (I'm using Basic Plan) It mentions: "User If you turn on Join Before Host in your meeting settings, it will be on by default for any newly scheduled meetings, but you will be able to uncheck it when scheduling a meeting." I tried creating a new meeting, but it is the same. There is no 'Join Before Host' since I can not find the Account Management then Account Settings. in my Zoom. I have updated my Zoom version today. The article mentions that this feature only works on Zoom client version 5.4.0 or higher. Please advise if you can.

I recently created a recurring twice weekly Zoom meeting, and added the invitation to an Outlook meeting invitation. I saved the Outlook meeting without sending it, and then opened it again, so I somehow had two instances of the same meeting open. I sent one and deleted the other. I then got an email message that my Zoom meeting had been deleted. I followed the instructions in the email, went to "recently deleted" and hit the "recover" button on the meeting I wanted to recover. It still doesn't show up in my list of upcoming meetings, and now it's not in the "recently deleted" section, either. Help!

When sharing my desktop over a Zoom meeting, the viewers see my desktop widgets flash, disappear and reappear. This happens consistently on static widgets (e.g. calendar date) and moving widgets (e.g. analog clock hands).
The behavior is the same on my Mac mini 2018 and Macbook Pro 14" - both are running Sonoma 14.0 OS.

Hi there, I intend to upgrade from a Basic to a Pro Plan and would like to know how many meetings (Meeting IDs) I can schedule in Meetings. The reason for asking is that I am running two kinds of sessions (courses) and would like to separate them so that each meeting will have its own Meeting ID. Meetings will be held separately at different times of the week. Any help is very much appreciated 🙂 Kind regards, Peter

Hi,
I'm trying to understand if there can be two presenters who can both control the slides they individually plan to present in a single power point file.
Thank you!
