TLDR: Has anyone figured out a way to generate a report with "unique participants" in the new combined meeting participation reports? I run 10 - 15 Zoom events per month for which I need to generate attendance reports (i.e, a list of who attended each meeting). This has been cumbersome, so I welcomed the addition of the new combined reports. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a way to only include "unique participants" in these combined reports, as you could with the individual reports I generated in the past. This is a problem because every time a participant enters the main room, even if they are returning from a breakout room, they are counted as a separate participant. For example, a recent meeting had 15 unique participants, but the combined report says that there were 64 participants since each participant is listed multiple times because of movement in and out of breakout rooms. This renders the new combined reports useless for my purposes. Even worse, the Zoom release notes indicate that the old way of generating reports will disappear in January 2025, leaving no option for generating the type of reports I need.

Zoom crashes, and then often crashes my laptop when I try to join or host a meeting. Seems to be a problem with video. Initially I can't do mic and video check before joining/hosting meeting, and if I skip this then the meeting try's to open, but then crashes. Video symbol has a cross through it (I always join with video off), but my image is actually on screen. It then crashes. Any ideas? I'm using windows 10 home, have uninstalled and then tried with both zoom version 32 & 64

I permanently get reminder Mails that my cloud space is full and that I should delete my recordings. As I do not have a subscription any more I am not able to delete these recordings. How is it possible??
Screensharing option is available ( albeit limited).Annotation is not supported under wayland as per release notes However,Fedora 42 (with GNOME) has removed the option for X11 login, making this workaround unavailable. Is there any other workaround or a timeline for Zoom to support this feature under Wayland?

unknowing users subscribe to a freemium autobot that attaches to their calendar and then interjects itself into any video meeting on their calendar this is a huge security exposure to our organization there are at least 5-6 vendors; and the list is growing; most of them are NOT on the Zoom Marketplace zoom settings do not appear to be working for usability in our 10,000 volunteer organization, we prefer to avoid hassles of forcing registration/authentication, we use embedded passcode in the zoom URL link

We use a third party scheduler integration with Zoom Meetings to allow customer prospects to sign up for a meeting with our inside sales reps.
As part of the flow prospects provide their email to the scheduler. This automatically sends out a Zoom Meeting invitation to that email.
However, the prospects email is never displayed when looking at any reports within Zoom internal reporting. My gut says its related to the March 2022 privacy change however I'm not entirely sure because the change specifies: "If the participant entered their email address during the meeting or webinar registration flow, then it will be shown for that specific meeting/webinar.".
Doesn't entering their email within the third party scheduler which kicks out a Zoom Meeting invite count as "the participant entered their email address during the meeting or webinar registration flow"?
It is critically important that we be able to access these emails within the Zoom platform itself.

Hi - I meet with some regularly in Zoom and on and off I do not receive the invites in Gmail. I've tried searching for the no-reply@zoom and nothing comes up and have searched spam filters. It's getting frustrating. Is there a way to fix this or do I need to use something other than Gmail? Appreciate it!
