my camra is loading but it won't turn on

I want only specific email address to enter my meeting

When I schedule a meeting, although I put only the email addresses I want them to join, but still any one with the meeting link can join my meeting. Zoom Version: 6.1.11 (45504)Device Type: HP Pavilion x360 2in1 laptop -14 ek0xxxplease assist.
