Can't figure out how to change zoom (too closeup) on my 2024 Macbook pro

Super frustrated that on this new Macbook pro - when I join a Zoom now, the video is ultra zoomed in, and I can't figure out how to Zoom out.  This does not happen in Google Meets, so it seems like a Zoom-specific issue.  I've tried enabling Option+Command and the "minus" key on my laptop, but the farthest I can go is way too big still.  

 

Help please!
