Zoom recordings page not working

Hi there,

 

It's been days that I do not manage to access the "Recordings and Transcripts" paga on the website. Anyone else having the same problem or now how I can recover a recording from the bin without having access to that page?

 

Never had this problem in years of use...

I am having the same problem.

Been at least a month now of no access to this page. Simultaneously receiving emails from ZOOM to delete recordings as I am running out of space.

 

Can anyone help?

I cleared browser cache and cookies- still not loading. 

 

I believe this is a scam and Zoom is trying to force me to buy cloud storage.

Can you try opening it through a different browser like Chrome, Firefox or Opera?
