I can find absolutely no way of updating this. And I can see no tuition on how to do it.
Can somebody tell me how to do this?
I found it much easier when we could just see all of our booked-in meetings.
I don't know why this has changed.
If you can help me that would be great and many thanks.

Hi,  I have an existing meeting I just started.  It's working fine,  but I cannot see a 'screen sharing' option during the meeting. 

Screen sharing is enabled under admin>account management>account settings>in meeting (basic)

 

Host only is checked (enabled)
Screen sharing presenter view is checked (enabled)

Disable desktop screen sharing for meetings you host is not checked.  (so it's not disabled?)

Disable screen sharing when guests are in the meeting is checked.  (disabled).   But there is still no screen sharing option when I'm testing the meeting as the only person (host) in the room.

A few weeks ago I started getting “Your internet connection is unstable” messages during meetings, and it was true – I froze momentarily for others and they froze for me.

 

So I called the cable company and a tech support rep said he saw the problem, could fix it remotely, and did. Only it happened again. So I called again and the rep said I needed to replace my modem. So I did and it happened again. So I called again and they sent someone out, who said the coax cable had degraded and he replaced it. And it happened again.

 

So I made a fourth service request and the guy replaced the new modem with a newer modem. And it happened again.

 

I’m at my wit’s end; at this point, I can’t believe the problem is the cable connection. But what else could it be?

 

I use Windows 11 with a new Dell laptop and a single wired connection to the net; I always reboot my laptop, modem and router (though the latter doesn’t play a role) before each Zoom session; I’m always Host or Co-Host and sometimes use ScreenShare but sometimes don’t and always have the problem, whether I’m using audio/video or not; the problem usually lasts just a few seconds (but is very disruptive); I don’t use high resolution; I update Zoom weekly; Speedtest – DL 370, UL 23, Ping 12/27/9.

If I unassociate with working live and resubscripe directly through zoom, will I retain the same meeting ID number?

I cannot connect to Zoom on my iPad Air Gen 5. When I start the app does not show the normal start up screen with New Meeting, Join, Schedule and Share Screen. When I try to sign in I recite every the message “Cannot sign in, please check your network connection.” I have reset my iPad and uninstalled/reinstalled the Zoom Client app with no success. I noticed the Zoom app is not listed under iOS settings under Privacy Microphone or Camera so I cannot give access to them for Zoom. Zoom works fine on my iPhone 13 Max Pro and Zoom shows under its Settings for Microphone and Camera. Is Zoom not installing properly?

Resolved! Meeting Host not receiving registration notifications

Team, not sure why but as host of meetings I am no longer receiving notifications when people register.

Send an email to host is Ticked.
I have a valid email address, what do you suggest I do?

How can I make sure those meetings appear in the Zoom app (v 6.2.3 that I access on PC and iphone) and Zoom web?

 

Side note - I did see a post about a meeting appearing on Zoom web with "no fixed time" -- and indeed a meeting I created was set to that and I changed it to a fixed recurring time. But the meetings I'm referencing above were not created by me.

Disconnected and deleted app still displayed in meeting

Hi, I removed one of my apps and disconnected it from my account on the Zoom end. I also deleted my account with the app in question - Warmly, as there was no way to toggle the info on/off. Despite that, the information is still displayed on my meeting screen, I've restarted the app and computer, no change. Does anyone have any suggestions on what else I can do? It doesn't really make sense to me. I'm on a Mac and have the latest version Version: 5.16.6 (24664). Thanks!

I found the solution! Cleared the cache and then removed the file...  https://help.warmly.ai/en/articles/6742396-how-can-i-remove-my-warmly-nametag-after-i-uninstalled-the-app

Resolved! Does transferring host give new host access to recordings?

Apologies if this is blindingly obvious, but it is not clear to me whether transferring the host to someone other than the person who originally set up the meeting gives the new host access to the recording of the meeting. From how I read the documen... Show more

Apologies if this is blindingly obvious, but it is not clear to me whether transferring the host to someone other than the person who originally set up the meeting gives the new host access to the recording of the meeting. From how I read the documentation, it would seem not, i.e. only the original host will have access, but that seems unhelpful. We had a recent case in which the original host was sick, none of the co-hosts have access to the recording, and so the recording was unavailable until the original host returned to work. If she had transferred the host when she started the recording, would that have removed the dependency on her to gain access to the recording? Thanks.
