Resolved! Tabs nested when sharing screen

Hi,

When using the share screen function, in the Application windows section, all my open web pages are nested together as one option. Can I change this so I can select an individual web page to share directly without first sharing them all?

Several weeks ago I checked the box to create audio transcript for my meeting recordings and it's been working great until today when my meeting/recording did not transcribe.  I have the video and audio files but no transcript files.  I looked in settings and found that the check-box was not checked and the ability to check it was locked by admin.  How did this box become unchecked and why do I no longer have the ability to check it?  Is there a way to get my transcript (from the existing recording)  if the create audio transcript function is enabled?  Thank you!

As other member have reported, I consistently have a "your network connection is unstable" while using zoom if I turn the camera on which causes voice to break and come choppy

- I have checked my internet speed and it's lighting fast (169 mbs on fiber over wifi)

- I have even downgraded my camera to preserve bandwidth (did not work)

- I only experience this issue with Zoom... use Teams, Google meet, and other apps without issues all the time

- I have uninstalled and re-installed zoom to the latest version (same result)

- I have resent routers and fiber modem...

- I work from home and I am the only person using any bandwidth

Does any one have any suggestions? It's impossible to reach a live human in support

Since Zoom changed to Zoom Workplace i it takes about 20 mins for a meeting to open and then says video not working.  I have tried 'clean up zoom' and reinstalling - still same problem.  Frustrating when you pay a premium for Pro and support can't even acknowledge you!

Hello,

I am receiving an unusual error when making a GET request to the /users/{userId}/meetings Zoom v2 API endpoint. I am trying to simply list a user's meetings, but the API is returning an error that is typically associated with creating or scheduling meetings.

Error : code: 3161 message: "Your user account is not allowed meeting hosting and scheduling capabilities."

The same request to other users are being successful, but for one user this error occurs.

Given that this is a GET request, I believe this may be an unexpected error. I am looking for guidance on what could be causing a "hosting and scheduling" error on a read-only endpoint.

Hello

We facilitate AA meetings on Zoom and because of the open format and public posting of meetings we are a prime target for Zoom Bombers. We remove and report the Bombers when they come in.   We use all the available features to limit interruptions but they find ways around them. This post is not to illicit zoom 101 comments, it to hopefully be an online petition for Zoom to track the accounts, IP addresses, and other identifying factors of Bombers' to restrict their access to the platform. We have done all we can, we need Zoom to start removing bad actors. Please help!

Thanks

Hello everyone,

i am having issues with the windows Zoom Workplace app version 6.3.6(56144), this started a week ago. For some reason i am unable to get either the 64 bit or 32 bit app to connect. Though i am unsure what they are trying to connect to.
after logging in to the app with my email and password i see the "working" dot circle then the following message appears

"It looks like we are unable to connect. Please check your network and try again."

the only two other things that show up in the window are the blue "try again" button right below the message and a small "< Back " in the lower left corner.

i have no issue logging into zoom workplace via my browser (firefox in case you want to know) so i know my log in info is correct and my net is stable.

am i correct in thinking that the app is trying to connect to Zoom? or is it trying to access Google? how to i get the app (i think it's a webapp?) to connect with whatever it is looking for? how to i debug the app? clear it's cache? access it's settings without logging in?

any help would be appreciated.

Regards,

Hi Everyone,

I can only view my upcoming meetings until the end of April 2025.

I'd like to be able to view beyond what seems to be just 90 days. I have a schedule that is planned out through July and need to be able to look at, change and confirm details (manually approve participants) for meetings beyond the 90 days, this is very limiting.

There must be a way to set the view to a longer time range.

Input appreciated!
