Windows 11 , Zoom and Bad Audio for Fitness Classes

I have been using Zoom  with a windows 10 computer and have had very little audio issues.  I purchased a  Hp windows 11 computer and after changing some communications settings got it working with zoom and good audio back in May.  I tried again this week and I am right back to square one with bad audio.  I am able to hear the Voices on songs although not clear, but no instrumentation.  i have original sound for musicians on and the exact same setting I had In May, and yet nothing seems to be clearing up the sound.  It is similar to when the communications settings in Windows 11 was blocking the back round noise at 80% but I have that set to None and still getting poor audio.  So frustrated.  I tried going back to an older version of Zoom ( that I had in May) no help, I have set it up exactly how I had it in May when it worked and nothing, there has got to be a setting somewhere that is not allowing backround noise, but I can not find it. I do know that windows has also updated but didn't try going back.

Teaching Fitness Hybrid with Music and Mic

I am teaching yoga/fitness classes hybrid and we used to be able to share the music and microphone over to Zoom meeting with a balanced volume where participants could hear really well. Now, something has changed and they are not able to hear the music well. It is very choppy. Is this a new Zoom update that has caused this? Can you please tell me the best way to do this? We have a Soundcraft Notepad 5 mixer and Rode Wireless GO ll Microphone and plug that into the computer for classes. Any other suggestions would be great. Again, the goal is for the student to hear the music and our voice at the same time clearly. Maybe it's a setting, I'm not sure but it used to work and now it does not.

My goodness, I hope somebody can help me here. I'm trying things that I've spent 3 hours reading about and already tried. 

I have been using zoom for fitness/yoga/nidra classes for 3 years no problem. 

I got a new IMAC this week to replace old one and all of a sudden zoom isn't allowing music at the same time as my voice teaching. My voice quality is terrible if music is playing, I've tried to sharing musician thing being on etc. Please, I really welcome your input here, even if you think its seems obvious. I've got a ticket drawn up with Carla and sent a sample of how crap it all sounds, and has heard nothing now!

I teach a fitness class and have been using I tunes through my laptop. The music quality is ok but it’s hard to control the music through the laptop as I’m teaching. If I want to change a song I have to go back to the pc and scroll and share again,Is there anyway I can use and external speaker that doesn’t have a delay? 
I think I’m the only one using ITunes anymore lol.

Music Issue - fitness classes

I teach fitness classes and share my music in the background. I have followed all of the recommendations of changing to “original sound for musicians” and it still doesn’t work! Help! I pay for this service and this is not okay!

Sharing computer audio on ZOOM Workplace for fitness classes.

I installed ZOOM Workplace yesterday after the old version of ZOOM I had wouldn't load. In that version I was able to use the Share Screen option, choose Advanced, and then Share Computer Audio. I teach a weekly fitness class and need to share my audio with the participants.

 

I am using the Desktop Client version. I've chatted with a support 'bot', and read through all of the articles suggested. I also went to YouTube to see whether I could find a solution. Everything pointed to using the Share Screen option, but I also looked at sharing computer audio without sharing the screen, but there didn't seem to be a good solution there.

 

With the new version, I don't seem to have that option as there is no Share Screen icon on the meeting toolbar.

 

Is there another way to do this on Workplace? If not, is there another version of ZOOM I should install.

I have been teaching via zoom since Covid.

Happily doing so with no issues.

I share Computer Audio, pin myself to screen, with thumbnails of all attendees around the top or side of screen.

Since the recent update on zoom, when I share computer audio, this now takes up a large % of screen, and I can't make myself centre of screen with thumbnails around. Sharing Computer Audio used to appear in a small box at the top of the screen, and cannot understand for the life of me why this was changed.  See screenshot for how it appears now.

Am I missing something? Is there any way of getting rid of the big box on left telling me I am sharing computer audio?

participants unable to join session- they get message "the host has another meeting in progress"

Im pretty sure I have everything set up correctly. I have checked the box.. "allow participants to join at any time"But for some reason, when they use our meeting ID # they are getting the green bar at top of their screen saying" the hose has another... Show more

Im pretty sure I have everything set up correctly.  I have checked the box.. "allow participants to join at any time"

But for some reason, when they use our meeting ID # they are getting the green bar at top of their screen saying" the hose has another meeting in progress."  This is a new acct.  We have used zoom daily in the past with no issues.  Our clients have been able to always join our sessions.  We recently had to create new acct.. so Im thinking Ive missed something.. Appreciate any help.
