I have zoom on my laptop.
When I'm not connected to internet, my zoom application keeps giving me pop-ups that cover the foreground and never go to the background even when I click on other apps. Even when I want to do something without internet, I can't do anything because the pop-up covers the screen.
That pop-up says something like unable to make secure connection.
Even after I close that pop-up, it pops up again and again and again.
I want it to stop doing that. How can I make it stop?

Hello everybody, I'm using a MacBook with M1 chip and the latest version of Zoom (also tested with older versions like 5.17.11). My camera works fine in all other apps (FaceTime, browser, etc.), but in the Zoom native app, my background appears completely green, even though I have no virtual background enabled and the "green screen" option is turned off. I've fully uninstalled Zoom, removed all related files (Application Support, Caches, Preferences), disabled all hardware acceleration options, and tried different camera settings. Nothing works. Zoom works perfectly in the browser – only the desktop app has this issue.

When in a zoom call, I can hear everyone fine, but if someone is in their car on a zoom call, i cant hear them or they cut in and out. However, everyone else on the call can hear them with no issues. I have also done the test where i go to zoom settings, Audio, Test speaker(Same as system) but the test chime is SUPER quiet, yet i can still hear all call participants without issue other than those in their car. I'm assuming this may be some AI noise suppression thing as to not hear car noise? But how can i fix this? All other computer audio sources work without issue. Windows 11 ver. 24H2, Zoom version 6.4.2

Hi - I use recurring meetings/ Meet Any Time all the time in my practice, and they are suddenly gone from Zoom Workplace. They disappeared for a while last summer when Zoom updated, but they were restored shortly thereafter and I haven't had a problem since - until now. What happened, and will they be back? It's very inconvenient to have to go to the web version to find those links multiple times a day. Thanks for any help you can give.

I have not found a way to enable recurring meetings in the Zoom Marketplace API I created for the Wordpress plugin. They are referred to in one of the settings so it appears it should be available. I turned on all calendar options on the scope. I see a lot of previous topics on this type of issue and the fact that the no end date feature might be removed from all of Zoom. The work around would appear to create multiple entries and then start rolling their dates once the event has passed in time.

The Auto-Generated Closed captions are a very useful tool on meetings, and I know that we have the ability to save the transcripts. I would like to see an option to automatically save the transcript of meetings, differentiated based on whether I am a participant or host. Or at least a prompt. As it currently stands if I forget to save the transcript before I leave a meeting there is no way to recover it. Tyler

I previously asked if I could log in from different locations before purchasing Zoom, and I was told it was okay by the sales agents. However, after I bought Zoom Phone, my account was suspended when i login from different locations, they said we cant specify exactly why we suspended but its due to violation of their policy. I appealed multiple times and received responses very late. The support agents kept redirecting me from one ticket to another. I was also informed that since I hadn’t used the services, no charges would be deducted. Yet, I was charged again on the 20th of this march. My account is suspended, preventing me from logging in or manually removing my payment details. There is still an active ticket (BIL1838702) with an agent named Ella Rendora, who said it would take 48 hours to cancel my subscription. However, it has been more than 48 hours, and she is not responding to the ticket. I don’t know what to do at this point—my billing information is stuck with Zoom, and I need to cancel my subscription immediately. i have created a new account to reach out here and see if someone can help me get my card removed.

I have had the basic plan for a few years and now need to upgrade to the pro plan. I am in the UK and it tells me the plan is £12.99 per month, but when I go to the payment area it is charging me £15.59 as £2.60 tax has been added. I am not VAT registered and have clicked that area to say so. What is this tax for? Is this right? A friend tells me I shouldn't be paying this tax through Zoom UK. thanks.
