Vote now I paid for the Pro license, but despite that, even after 3 days I am still treated as "basic". Yes, I log in with the same account from which I did the purchase. The purchase was acknowledged by Zoom - they even sent me the bill. The most frustrating thing is that I cannot even open a support ticket, because the system has to recognise you as Pro, and I am taken as Basic. Chatbot is a waste of time...I tried sending mail to the billing (to the email I got my bill from), but no-one seems to attend those. What is happening? I need help urgently.

Hello I need help please, when I login to my zoom account to figure out what is my host key it’s enabled and the edit button is grayed out. Can you help me please?
I am trying to give a host key that was given to someone as a basic user. I am trying to set it up so that one of my members can get into the zoom room with a host key so I do not have to be the only one to start it. Room is open all the time. meetings are at certain times but not scheduled in the zoom account. i open the room so they can host a meeting. The reason for this is because we do not have to have a different ID number for each meeting scheduled. Question: 1. Can another member get into the licensed account as a basic user using the host key with out a scheduled meeting? 2. If I have to schedule a meeting for another basic member to use a host key, is there a way to change the ID to the licensed ID# so we all use the same ID#?

Why can't zoom offer a plan that is more affordable with just a little more allowance than 40 minutes. The only option at the moment seems to be a huge jump to $20 per month!!!
I previously asked if I could log in from different locations before purchasing Zoom, and I was told it was okay by the sales agents. However, after I bought Zoom Phone, my account was suspended when i login from different locations, they said we cant specify exactly why we suspended but its due to violation of their policy. I appealed multiple times and received responses very late. The support agents kept redirecting me from one ticket to another. I was also informed that since I hadn’t used the services, no charges would be deducted. Yet, I was charged again on the 20th of this march. My account is suspended, preventing me from logging in or manually removing my payment details. There is still an active ticket (BIL1838702) with an agent named Ella Rendora, who said it would take 48 hours to cancel my subscription. However, it has been more than 48 hours, and she is not responding to the ticket. I don’t know what to do at this point—my billing information is stuck with Zoom, and I need to cancel my subscription immediately. i have created a new account to reach out here and see if someone can help me get my card removed.

Been using Zoom since its inseption.. Never seen a company pay so little attention to customer service and information supplied to it by its customers. It is a disgrace!!! The chat icon being moved from central settings????? The raised hand feature removed from reactions ???? What Idiot is in charge of this continued stupidity??? What idiot has created a system that does not listen to its customers ??? I await a sensible response

Hi, this post is more for curiosity. I'm wondering if I am in a tiny minority of people who have a large number of "No Fixed Time" meetings. This is because we have many clients with whom we "hop on a call" on short notice, at varying times. This use case seems to be a real second-class citizen, in that, a. You can't create such meetings from the desktop app b. The whole page is wasted space for me - see screenshot. I have to scroll down, click the tiny "Recurring meetings" link, and then scroll down through my many meetings to find one (alpha-sorted of that list was restored in - thanks!). Most of the screen is used with the beach umbrella and "no meetings scheduled, enjoy your day". (I don't have any meetings SCHEDULED, but unfortunately in my situation, that isn't automatically a beach day... sigh.) If this is indeed a low priority use case, that's fine, but I have one small suggestion: at the top of this page can there be a simple one-line quick search box? That way I can quickly "zoom in" (ha) on my desired meeting. I believe that feature would equally benefit those have *scheduled* recurring meetings. Thanks!

Hi, recently some of our events that were set up to April changed the status of the registrants to no show but the events did not start yet. How can we make sure it's not changing the status before the event starts?
In some of the cases there was a practice by some of our reps but they did not start the event.

Hi - I use recurring meetings/ Meet Any Time all the time in my practice, and they are suddenly gone from Zoom Workplace. They disappeared for a while last summer when Zoom updated, but they were restored shortly thereafter and I haven't had a problem since - until now. What happened, and will they be back? It's very inconvenient to have to go to the web version to find those links multiple times a day. Thanks for any help you can give.

Unlike any other video call software that I use, Zoom does not seem able to balance light levels leading to huge overexposure in daylight conditions. While there is a setting that allows for adjustment to low light there is no equivalent setting for well lit rooms. This makes it very uncomfortable for the people I am calling as my face appears to be glowing very brightly. Is there a setting that I'm missing that will solve this issue?
