Looks like our common area phones aren't recording outside calls. Inside calls are recording fine.
I'm in the UK but really keen to see the Customers website experience for Contact Center . What options are there to customise the chat / Video widget and how does a Customer choose to start a Video call?
We have just set up ZOOM phones in our office of 5 staff, and its fair to say I'm having a difficult time trying to get everything working perfectly! At present, if someone calls our main number, the call goes to voicemail if not answered within 30 seconds, or if our main number is busy. I would like to set up a call queue so that an inbound call to our main number (if busy or doesn't answer) will automatically go to another internal extension, before going to voicemail if not answered. I want to uniformly set some of the 'User Setting' for all my Zoom Phone users 1. Business Hours a. Allow callers to reach an operator 2. Holiday Hours 3. Audio Prompt Language I need to make sure that these settings are unified across all staff but setting them user by user would be a daunting task. Any way to set these specific settings on mass?

Anyone know how to disable the auto receptionist in Zoom Phone so calls go straight through to the app? I'm a solo consultant and don't need a robot to annoy clients.
I am the only user on my zoom phone and when it was set up it was set up as a company user with an auto-attendant. Is there a way reverse this set up, I do not want my callers to have to dial an extension for me when I am the only user.
All of the sudden our blind transfers from desk phone's are failing. We press Transfer, Transfer Call, Select User and when their phone starts ringing, select Transfer. It then shows a red "Transfer Failed" I just discovered that I can keep pressing transfer 2-3 times after the transfer failed notice and then it will go through. Yealink T54w phones. Any ideas?

Does anyone have a fix for my text messages disappearing shortly after they are sent? I need to have access to them in the future, so is there a fix around this?
