I don't see the Policy to activate on the Zoom Portal, nor in the Desktop Client Settings for Phone.

Zoom App muting you while searching on safari

My team members are having reoccurring issues of their calls muting or dropping if they are still using their zoom phone app and go into safari to search for something. The only way they have found to fix this is by hanging up on the client and calli... Show more

My team members are having reoccurring issues of their calls muting or dropping if they are still using their zoom phone app and go into safari to search for something. The only way they have found to fix this is by hanging up on the client and calling them back- this is not something sustainable for us. Any recommended solutions?

I have  zoom united Pro - Meetings & Chat plus Phone service.  When I am in conference call, I cannot accept the phone call and need to allow the other person to keep the voice message. 

 

Is there anyway I can accept the phone call and still in the conference call (Zoom meeting) ?

 

2nd question

If I take additional local phone number or toll free number ($60 per year) , can  I  accept the phone call  from toll free number and still in the conference call (Zoom meeting) .  

If I use  another device (phone) to accept the call from my toll free number , can I still be in zoom meeting ?

 

3rd question

Is there additional fees for toll free number (compared to additional  local number)  ?

Holiday Hours overlapping / trigging time

Hi,

 

Would holiday hours surpass the general business greeting prompt please?

 

The second question is if there are two holiday hours set up and overlapping with each other, which one would Zoom pick up please?

Trying to add our call queue extensions/phone numbers as contacts on everyone's zoom application.

Would be great if they showed up under company contacts.

Sure I could add as an imported contact but not sure if there is a setting to add them so users can search there contacts to be able to forward the number?

Resolved! Dial Out Call Failure - No audio device

When in zoom, I try to click on a contact from call history.  Zoom gives a Call Failure Error and says

it says my phone is connected....
