Customers suddenly cannot navigate our auto attendent.

Our system has suddenly stopped responding to customers attempting to navigate our auto attendant.   Their button presses are being ignored by the system.

This appears to be widespread and we've received complaints from MANY customers across the country this morning.  They've been having to reach us on our personal cell phones instead of the phone system.

Is anyone else experiencing issues like this?

We've also found that if we place an outgoing call and have to navigate someone else's menu, we cannot.  It's as if DTMF for incoming AND outgoing are broken on zoom.

Cannot sign in

I cannot sign into my Zoom account as it says I am not connected to a network although it was working in the morning but I had repeated problems signing in and later on my account was blocked due to the repeated attempts. I changed my password succes... Show more

I cannot sign into my Zoom account as it says I am not connected to a network although it was working in the morning but I had repeated problems signing in and later on my account was blocked due to the repeated attempts. I changed my password successfully yet I cannot sign in again. What should I do?

H! I was looking at eh Zoom Phone country listing page, Zoom Phone Global Coverage.

It is dated back to 6/1/21. I am curious if anyone has any updates on new countries since that date and if any new ones have been announced yet. I am particularly interested in China, Russia, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Jordam, Oman, and Qatar. The 45+ countries is incredibly impressive but there are still over 100 to go so I am just curious of the path and timing,. Thanks for any direction or insights!

Call Queue Polices

We are setting up our first call queue. We want Managers to have the ability to see reports, see the queue they are assigned to only and be able to see who is logged into the queue and be able to log agents out of a the queue if they forgot to do so.... Show more

We are setting up our first call queue. We want Managers to have the ability to see reports, see the queue they are assigned to only and be able to see who is logged into the queue and be able to log agents out of a the queue if they forgot to do so. By giving managers Call Queue Admin rights, the ability to log agents out of a queue is not an option.

 

We also have a need for agents to see what other agents are logged into their respective queues.

Auto-Deleting Recorded Calls with Credit Card Information

To be PCI compliant, a company cannot store call recordings of credit card numbers. Since Zoom has the transcription functionality, I am wondering if it can be put on the roadmap to have AI automatically detect and delete any recordings that include ... Show more

Spontaneous DND

Employees at one of our sites find that their receptionist lines have been set to Do Not Disturb every morning when they arrive.  I can't find a setting that would cause this.  Any ideas?
