Customers suddenly cannot navigate our auto attendent.
Our system has suddenly stopped responding to customers attempting to navigate our auto attendant. Their button presses are being ignored by the system.
This appears to be widespread and we've received complaints from MANY customers across the country this morning. They've been having to reach us on our personal cell phones instead of the phone system.
Is anyone else experiencing issues like this?
We've also found that if we place an outgoing call and have to navigate someone else's menu, we cannot. It's as if DTMF for incoming AND outgoing are broken on zoom.
