Reactivation of Zoom Account that Zoom Deactivated

Good day!

 

 Four of our members in zoom organization are deactivated their zoom account by the zoom. And we already submit an appeal to activate the account last August 20,2021. May I ask, how many days zoom need to review the appeal to activate the account. And also can we ask the specific reason why zoom deactivated the account of a innocent Grade School Student.

 

Thank you.

 

 we really need a response because those account are using in online class.

I need confirmation or assistance that our paid zoomphone numbers should or should not come across as spam numbers at the individual phone number level for inbound caller ID on a phone? 

 

In addition, our auto attendant number (company number) comes across to an end users ID as location only and not our identified company name on the end users phone number ID.

When we send the link of the webinar recordings to the participants we have the problem that many are only able to view the page with the video on their smartphones but the "button" to be able to download is missing. We have personally found this happens not with all devices / accounts and therefore we are unable to offer a solution to the problem.

I am going to be recommending  to my company some ZOOM hard phones with a connect DECT wireless headset. Particularly these 2 models

 

Model 1: Yealink WH62 Dual DECT Wireless

Model 2: Plantronics Savi 8220 Dual Headset

 

Some questions

1 - Has anyone used these models and do you have anything good or bad to say about them

2- Does this combination of ZOOM phone and headset support the following

a. Ring notification - a tone you hear telling you the phone is ringing in your headset

b. Call pickup using JUST the headset

c.Call disconnect using JUST the headset

 

Does anyone have a GOTO model of PHONE and conencted  WIRELESS DECT headset that  they know works very well ?

We want to download the phone usage data from the Zoom Phone area of the Dashboard. Meetings has an Export to CSV option in the meetings list. Is there an option for exporting the phone data? It looks like it captures some really useful data but to really make use of it we need to be able to sort, filter, massage the data to provide relevant information.

 

I hope there is a way to do this and I am just missing it.
