Where is the dashboard?
Just signed up for Zoom phone. I can't seem to locate the dashboard that has the dial pad, voice mail, etc. I tried calling my new number just to see what would happen and there was no ring. Any suggestions?

We have been getting a lot of feedback around the user experience of the Search By Name directory feature with Zoom phone. It is very slow to return results and read them back, we do not have a way to remove the extension from being read back to the customer, and in some cases when we transfer from our contact center system to Zoom Phone directory we will lose audio packets resulting in the first name not being pronounced so calls get routed to the incorrect users. I would really love to see Zoom invest some dev resources into this and look at using a speech recognition directory or allowing admins to modify more settings when it comes to the search by name auto attendant. Would love to see if anyone else is having similar issues or has thoughts on this.

Ich habe mit meinem Windows 11-Laptop folgendes Problem: In Meetings werden häufig Videos und Musikfilme übertragen. Ich habe keine Probleme mit der Übertragung von Ton und Bildern, allerdings kommt Musik nur sehr abgehackt. Auch bei dem Lautsprechertest habe ich nur abgehackten Ton. Dieses Problem tritt nur mit Zoom auf, ansonsten funktionieren die Lautsprecher einwandfrei (auch beim Streamen). Ich habe bisher bei den Einstellungen keine Lösung gefunden. Vielleicht weiß von euch jemand Rat.

When I call Park using my POLY VVX250 I get an AUDIBLE notification of my parking spot. "Your call is parked at *815" for example. Is there a way to configure ZOOM so that instead of an AUDIO notification I get an ON-SCREEN notification. Similar to the SCREEN notification I get of where my call is parked when I use the ZOOM PC APP.

I notice that there are 2 places to administrate devices I am interested in uploading a list of 20 devices to be used in phone system, I presume that I should use the second option, however I am interested to know what the difference is between the 2 sections and if it is possible to move from 1 section to the other?

How can I get report for firmware releases of all phones registered to my Zoom account?
Hello, We recently converted to Zoom Phone. We acquired three different types of desktop phone through HaaS (Yealink T54W, Yealink T58A, and Yealink VP59 Zoom Phone Appliance). When transferring a call from the T54W or T58A, the incoming caller is automatically placed on hold and the audio recording that we selected for Hold Music is played - as one would expect. When transferring from the Zoom desktop app for Mac, the Zoom iOS app, or the Yealink VP59 Zoom Phone Appliance (hardphone that runs the Zoom app under Android), pressing Transfer does not automatically place the user on hold. The caller can hear what you are doing until you dial the transfer-to number and complete the transfer. This is obviously not ideal. I have figured out that I can place the call on hold first and then tap transfer which does work. Has anyone come across this too, or know if an enhancement request has been submitted.

On my office wifi network, the Zoom Desktop and android phone app can connect to the phone service. However, I cannot connect on my home wifi network on both my android an laptop. Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot?
Hi everyone, Looking to integrate zoom into my academy set up. It's a must I see all participants screens at all times unless I say otherwise, is this possible? Also, is it possible to get post meeting reports such as if any one lost connection etc? Thanks!
