Get Individual Business Hours from Calendar

We use Google Calendar Working Hours and Locations so we know when and where everyone is working. 

Is there a way to integrate this information to Zoom Phone System > Users & Rooms > User > User Settings > Business Hours? Or do I have to get everyone to manually update their business hours manually?

As far as I can tell there is no way to sync or integrate configured working hours between the two.  

There is an integration for Zoom Settings into Google Calendar you may already use.  It is pretty nice and does sync meetings between products.
