All 3 with cell phones. Outbound phone calls from cell phones to have the main number's caller ID. Inbound calls on main number need to ring all 3 cell phones (unless they've marked DND). 

 

All 3 with desk phones. An additional desk phone in a conference room. (Poly) all 4 desk phones should ring on inbound calls and must be able to make outbound calls that have the main number's caller ID.

 

2 lines (so 2 concurrent phone calls can happen on PSTN).

 

I already got a calling plan. (We're low volume, so pay-as-you-go.)

 

Thanks in advance, but hey doesn't it seem like Zoom should have a page that helps you cost out your system? I'll write one once I figure out the rules and Zoom can buy it because it'll be so darn useful.

Externes Mikrofon auswählen mit Smartphone

Ich habe ein externes Mikrofon. Am Pc ist in den Einstellungen bei Zoom die Auswahl möglich. Es funktioniert einwandfrei.

 

ist es möglich mit dem Smartphone das externe mikro zu nutzen, wo kann ich das externe Mikro wählen ?

We are new to Zoom phone. For video calls and other appointments we use Google Meet.

 

Is it possible to connect both services to have Zoom phone calls redirected (to a different number / voice mail) when we have a video call / appointment / blocked time in our Google calendar?

 

I only found a solution when Zoom is used for video calls as well.

Note; we only have two assigned numbers, one of which is used for the shared line.

Hi Everyone

 

I am trying to set up call forwarding to my answering service AnswerConnect to an External Number +1866414****

 

I went to https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360021325712-Changing-phone-settings-web-portal-   and scrolled to How to forward to an external phone number and the answer was not helpful because my Setting will not allow me to Add an External Phone number. See no. 1 attached.

 

So, I entered AnswerConnect to an as an External Contact using  +1866414****. See no. 2 attached.

 

Then, I attempted to edit Call Handling using AnswerConnect as the External Contact and when I pressed enter, I get an error message of “International Calling Policy for current extension does not permit routing to the selected country.”  See no. 3 attached.  This makes no sense because the External Contact is entered as a US number (+1) and my calling plan is a US plan.

 

I need this problem solved so that I can forward all my calls automatically to my answering service.

Trying to provision some Polycom vvx450's but Zero Touch doesn't seem to be working. When I try and apply the changes manually, there aren't any changes being made when I perform a factory reset.

I don't see in the web interface where I can update the Provisioning server for assisted provisioning . Does anyone know where to set the provisioning server in this interface? Or how to provision vvx450's? Am I missing something? I have some vvx250's that were a breeze, and I assumed these would be the same.

I have been trying to register my Company's Brand for the 10DLC and getting an error I can not get around. 

 

I double and triple-checked my info but kept getting an error saying "  Brand Creation not verified, Tax ID does not match with the company name or business type. "

 

Your form's closest option is "Construction, Materials, and Trade Services" from your Vertical type drop-down, and from my Ontario 

 

I logged onto Ontario's website to double-check my TaxID and business number.  

 

I am registered as "Plumbing, Heating and Air-condition contractors, "

 

I am entering the first 8 Digits only from my business number- that all that allows me to do.

 

Can someone direct me to the correct support person for this?   I called Zoom's customer support and they directed me to this forum....
