Rolling out SMS to our Faculty Staff best practices
Hello, I have my 10DLC and the Campaign approved. We are using verbal onboarding campaign with only allowing web links. That being said, what kind of verbiage should we be putting out to our Faculty and Staff that are going to be leveraging SMS to students? I am hearing that we may be required to add "reply STOP to stop receiving SMS messages. Beyond that what or how should we "train" our users to send SMS the correct way so as to not create an issue.
