Forwarded call from an external number to zoom go directly to voice mail

Hello, I just forwarded one of my DID still at VoIP.ms directly to my zoom direct line and those calls goes directly to voice mail. The call will appear as "Missed" in the history. Do you know why? Kind Regards, -- Benoit
