Hi,

I want to ask if it is possible to implement "Media By-Pass" in Zoom Phone and BOYC.

The main point is to keep SIP media between the Session Border Controller (SBC) and the client instead of sending it via the Zoom Phone when the SBC and the client are in the same location or network.

thank you,

Hello
I declared my poly edge 20 phone on the Zoom web portal with its Mac address: xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx. On my users Lan switch, I created a specific vlan and assigned it to the phone. Subsequently, I created all the necessary flows as is the case for the zoom application to the zoom cloud servers. The phone retrieves an @IP but I cannot register it on the portal, it remains offline. I looked at the streams between the phone and Zoom no streams are visible on my firewall.
I need help with the process of starting and registering a phone to zoom.

Im looking to route 1 DID for all users to call into to check their voicemails. Is there a way to do that.

And yes I know they can get voicemail to email and use the mobile or desktop apps, some users are just old school and want to call in to check their voicemail.

Our organization is new to Zoom Phone and trying to set up some specific call routing. We have a main auto receptionist that routes to a call queue which currently goes to a single User, who has a desk phone. This User is our main office receptionist who mostly works from the office (but sometimes from home). She does not want to receive work-related calls outside of her business hours, but we also need her office desk phone to ring 24/7 in case of an after-hours event where the desk is staffed by a different person.

I tried to make this happen by setting the User's business hours and then adding different call handling for the our closed hours, but I don't see a way to route calls specifically to the desk phone during closed hours. It appears as an option during open hours, but during business hours, there's only options for the mobile app, desktop app, and Zoom devices.

Is there a better way to make this happen? I'm not sure if I should be trying this from the call queue or auto receptionist level.

Phone in not allowed message with new Pro Acct.

We have both Pro & Audio acct's. Still get 'Not allowed" message when calling. The Zoom session template does not include a phone number to use. We had a free Zoom before. The old ID # may be the issue but can't find a way to talk to Zoom, Show more
