We have both Pro & Audio acct's. Still get 'Not allowed" message when calling. The Zoom session template does not include a phone number to use. We had a free Zoom before. The old ID # may be the issue but can't find a way to talk to Zoom,

Hi gallupsolar,
Please look at Zoom plans and pricing and let us know exactly what plan(s) you have.
Maybe your plan does not include Zoom Phone, i.e. Zoom One Pro does not include Zoom Phone.
Zoom Phone plans include calling plans and a USA or Canada telephone number for each license.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @gallupsolar.
I think there is some confusion about your issue. When you say “Phone in is not allowed,” which of the following do you mean:
- into a Meeting or Webinar
- Into a phone (on your account, or external)
- into the Zoom Support line
