We are transportation company, we don't have the bebsite and you want the Privacy Policy for SMS Cham. My question: we need to create the web site with Privacy Policy only becouse you need it? Or maybe I don’t understand something, I can send you all the information about our company, we are a completely legal company with all documents and insurance. You have no support for why your service has become so inconvenient and complex. 10DLC Brand Name Active !!!! But we can't activate SMS Campaings because we have not the web site.

Hi,

 

We are currently in the process of switching from 3CX to Zoom Phones. We use Yealink T29Gs, and we want to remove the softkeys for Park and RTP Status while talking on the desk phone We want to remove them because it adds the More softkey which means in order to end the call, you have to press More then End Call.  

 

I was able to create a custom soft key that ends the call without pressing More but I was only able to put it second or third on the list. I would really like the ability to remove Park and RTP Status so the More button wouldn't exist.

 

I was also able to manually get rid of the more button by going to the phone web page -> Settings -> Softkey Layout: enabling 'Custom Softkey,' selecting 'Talking' Call State and moving Conference to the 'Unselected Softkeys' category. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find a way to do this through the provisioning template since Yealink doesn't seem to have these variables in their config.

 

I would like for it to be in a provisioning template or some way to be automatic. We have more than 200 phones, so manually doing it isn't scalable.

Hi! I have a small business, I'll be counseling and it's only me. I have Zoom Workplace Business Pro, and I did this because I wanted my own phone line. However, it has assigned me an extension. When I set up, I think it said I could have it as a personal line, but I guess I didn't fully understand. Is there a way to go back and change this? I do not want to buy an additional line, I just want the phone number I originally bought with no extension.

When declining a call, you have the option to type a custom message or use one of the preset messages. I would love to use the presets more often instead of writing a custom message every time, but out of three messages (in German), one translation is incorrect (missing a word) and one does not fit my professional context (using the formal "Sie" pronoun). Is there a way to modify these presets?

Hello I am getting an error message that is strange after put in my credit card to pay for my pro account.  Who would I email this screen shot too because I cannot explain it.

 

It eludes to the fact that there is a security issue with my payment.  And I DO NEED this phone service hooked up tonight.  

 

I also need to know how to hook in an actual desk phone.

Why didn't the phone system's technical support department (1-888-799-9666) recognize my host key under the free basic plan even after I changed it?

I am planning to upgrade the free plan to Pro (1-9 users) and the comparison chart says Local & 5 GB cloud (per license) for the Recording. Does this mean that I, the user ( a doctoral student) need to have a license for the recording feature?

Once I upgrade to the ProPlan, and buy add-ons, will the add-ons be counted toward what I am spending a month or year for the ProPlan, or are they considered a separate monthly or yearly fee that cannot be counted toward what I would be spending a month or year for the ProPlan?

Virtual Background Issues

Hi, I am currently running the latest version of Zoom for Android, downloaded from Play Store, on 2 devices, a Samsung A10 and a Samsung A11, however I cannot set up any virtual background on them. Do these devices have any limitations?
