Poly E320/E450 doesn't recognize "#" as end of dial.  When dialing on a B20 or CCX I can dial an extension or phone number and press "#" instead of having to go up to the display and press the "Dial" softkey.  On the E320 and E450s we have deployed, the "#" is added to the dial string and is not interpreted as the end of dialing sequence.  The phones are currently on Poly ver 8.2.0.10139.  Does anyone know if there is a template field to activate the "#" as the end of dial or if there is some other solution?

We're trialing Zoom Phone -- with our current provider, users park calls with just one button into one slot -- we blind transfer to slot #1 -- then every phone has a key to pick up that slot.

Is there a way to park a call into a specific slot, rather than getting a randomly assigned park slot?

With the DTMF code *5 we just get a random slot -- we'd like to explicitly park / blind transfer a call to *801.

Similarly, what's the use case for Call Park Line Keys without this option? It looks like I can create ~50 call park line keys (*801-*850) -- is the idea here that someone parks a call randomly, then another user taps ... one of their 50 park slot keys (???) to pick it up?

We've been using Zoom Phone for a couple of years now. I've always noticed that tak,ing calls via the Zoom app on my cell phone over wifi or cell network is pretty "laggy".. a normal mobile call is MUCH better. Is there any reason for this? more importantly... any fix for it? I've had other users recently tell me the same thing, so hopefully there's something that can be done.

New Deviee Connection

Hey Team.  I have an Aastra 6721i IP Phone.  It's not listed in the device dropdown menu.  Does anyone have a workaround that might connect this phone?

Thanks

Glenn.

Our last system sync'd with Google Calendar (optionally) to reflect the fact we're in a meeting (not just a Zoom meeting) and effectively mute our office phone temporarily.  For example if we had a meeting on calendar X, the phone would route everything to the department IVR/voice mail menu for "meeting mode" which would give callers some options.

How can I do this with Zoom phone?

People cannot hear me when I we talk on the phone

I use my computer sound when I talk on the phone. That sound works on zoom calls. When that happens using just the phone I don't get properly heard. I have tried raising the volume and setting up the sound to adjust itself. Neither way works. Help! Show more

My company uses the Zoom phones, but we don't have desk phones. I answer office calls via my android cell phone. Recently, I connected a Samsung smartwatch. How do I stop the Zoom phone calls from automatically connecting to my watch? Mid-call I lose the client on my handset and they transfer to my watch. Typically, we're both annoyed and possibly disconnected before I can switch it back. Please advise.
