Am I able to have a call queue for a phone number that is assigned to a user?
When declining a call, you have the option to type a custom message or use one of the preset messages. I would love to use the presets more often instead of writing a custom message every time, but out of three messages (in German), one translation is incorrect (missing a word) and one does not fit my professional context (using the formal "Sie" pronoun). Is there a way to modify these presets?

Hello I am getting an error message that is strange after put in my credit card to pay for my pro account. Who would I email this screen shot too because I cannot explain it. It eludes to the fact that there is a security issue with my payment. And I DO NEED this phone service hooked up tonight. I also need to know how to hook in an actual desk phone.

I currently have 5 zoom phone numbers, but no longer need three of them. Can anyone help me to delete specific numbers from my account as well as stop the billing process. I want to keep two specific numbers, delete the other three and stop being billed.

Why didn't the phone system's technical support department (1-888-799-9666) recognize my host key under the free basic plan even after I changed it? I am planning to upgrade the free plan to Pro (1-9 users) and the comparison chart says Local & 5 GB cloud (per license) for the Recording. Does this mean that I, the user ( a doctoral student) need to have a license for the recording feature? Once I upgrade to the ProPlan, and buy add-ons, will the add-ons be counted toward what I am spending a month or year for the ProPlan, or are they considered a separate monthly or yearly fee that cannot be counted toward what I would be spending a month or year for the ProPlan? Hi, I am currently running the latest version of Zoom for Android, downloaded from Play Store, on 2 devices, a Samsung A10 and a Samsung A11, however I cannot set up any virtual background on them. Do these devices have any limitations?
Certainly! Desk phones refer to traditional telephones designed for use on a desk or table, typically connected via landline or VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). They are stationary devices commonly found in offices and homes for making and receiving calls. Devices in this context can broadly refer to various electronic gadgets or tools, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and specialized equipment like barcode scanners or medical devices. These devices are portable and can perform a wide range of functions beyond traditional voice communication, such as internet browsing, data processing, and multimedia entertainment.

We have a couple of new users in the system that appear as their email address instead of their names in the Zoom app. (i.e. when calling and in phone history.) They appear to have been setup exactly like the other new users who don't have that issue. Is there someplace I'm missing that makes them appear that way

I'm in Australia and want a member of my team to be able to make international calls on her Zoom phone. I can buy an international phone pack add-on, but do I also need to have a local unlimited plan? This isn't needed as she already has a personal mobile phone. I can't find the answer anywhere else! Thanks

The Zoom app on Android may freeze or become unresponsive when FM WhatsApp runs concurrently due to resource contention. Both apps compete for system resources, causing performance issues. To mitigate, users should close background apps or prioritize one for uninterrupted use during critical tasks like meetings.
