Contact Records - Intergration with Hubspot

Help needed...

We have just started using Zoom phone and have it integrated with Hubspot for video meetings however, when someone calls us the contact information isn't displayed. 

Is there a way to integrate the 2 so you know who's calling?

Surely I don't have to manually download my contacts as csv files and upload it do I?

I have thought about Zapier too. Has anyone done this?
