Hi. We were using standalone Zoom Outlook Plugin for a while (it adds Schedule Meeting button to toolbar in main window and emails). When using that plugin and doing reply with a meeting, it would insert Zoom meetings link and details at the top of reply email. Recently we have removed this plugin and enabled Zoom plugin coming from M365 admin center. It appeared automatically in Outlook for all users. It only shows + Add Zoom Meetings and Settings in the email window, not in the main window anymore. When user is doing reply with a meeting and presses + Add Zoom Meeting, in this case it inserts meeting link and details at the bottom of email. If this is a long chain of emails, users will have to scroll a lot to the bottom to get to the link. Can't find any setting on user side to change where is inserts meeting details. With Teams it inserts at the top. I wonder if there is some setting on M365 side to change that in add-ins setting or is it just how Zoom developed this add-in or some limitation from MS side?

I sent the zoom link to a recipient and he responded with a question I've not ever had--
"Are you able to send this as an actual meeting invite rather than just the Zoom details? I don't see a way to add this to my calendar. Thanks."
Catch-22. Trying to upgrade to the latest version, but when I try to sign in, Zoom says I need 5.14 to sign in, and I should see my IT admin. I don't have 5.14, and I don't have an IT admin. How can I upgrade?
Good afternoon! My zoom is saving the meetings at 640x360 both cloud and computer, but I have a 4k camera from Sony (Sony ZV1) Is there a setting to make the camera better online? I use a Video capture. My plan was for the recordings to come out in 720p

Hey there. So, I am fairly Zoom-savvy and just need a simple question answered (which, strangely, seems to be very challenging for Zoom). Suddenly, and without warning, the preview box stopped coming up before starting my meetings. I like to be able to see what my hair is doing before the room opens. And it was working fine until a couple of days ago. I have gone into all of the settings. The box is checked for that feature to work. I have signed out, re-started, un-clicked and re-clicked, and I have even asked my laptop (sweetly) to cooperate with me. No luck. So, forum, can anyone help with this? (understanding that I may never see the response because they make everything so much more complicated than it needs to be. Please try anyway. Thanks!).

I enabled MFA (2FA) in the Microsoft Authenticator App, it asked to overwrite a previous account, it showed my email address as the account instead of the account name, and I clicked yes. But, Zoom did not end up listed in my Microsoft Authenticator App! Please help with: 1) How do I enable MFA 2) Did Zoom overwrite another app in my auth app? (EDITED.)

Hi there, I want to set up an interpreter for an upcoming meeting to offer the meeting in Cree. None of the Indigenous languages of North America are listed on the target language drop down menu. Nor is there a listing for "other" - which you could then label yourself.
How do I set up an interpreter for a language that's not listed?

I'm trying to join a meeting room but it is not allowing me to enter. Says error 1001 Meeting host is inactive. Not sure what it means after self search: Zoom error code 1001 means you are using an email address that does not belong to your Zoom account. This error code may appear on your screen if you have another Zoom account outside of your current organization (school or university). How do i solve this. Please help.

Hi I have been using Zoom for many years, so I am a very experienced Zoom user (I am a developer my self). For the last months, I started to notice that while in a Zoom meeting, when copy/paste , open applications or ALT+TAB, that sometimes the keys are “stuck”, especially the CTRL key, resulting in unwanted operations occurring. I never notice this when I am not in a Zoom meeting, before the summer, it has worked just fine, never any problem but starting to noticing it since august this year. I also today opened the on-screen keyboard, and I can see that the keys are sometimes stuck, to verify my problem. I see that the left/right shift, left/right CTRL, and ALTGr is keept pressed without me pressing those keys. This is highly annoying, as I am never sure if CTRL C+V works, and other operations also fails when CTRL is stuck. So, I have to press CTRL several times to get it unstuck. I have tried CTRL +ALT +DEL while in meeting, but it does not help. So, help 😊
any suggestions? I don't have any special tools or other magic software installed.
It worked just fine before summer.
