Enabled MFA (2FA) in Microsoft Authenticator App -- BROKEN/CANNOT LOG IN

I enabled MFA (2FA) in the Microsoft Authenticator App, it asked to overwrite a previous account, it showed my email address as the account instead of the account name, and I clicked yes. But, Zoom did not end up listed in my Microsoft Authenticator ...
