Can I get summary list of all meetings and number of attendees for periods greater that 1 month

I used to be able to get data and graphs of total attendance stats of all meetings held across our 10 licenses for periods greater than 1 month. Is that capability still available as I cannot find it?

Users can only hear one MIC across Zoom but Users in the Office hear Both.

My organization has two Audio Technica XLR Mics, and a PA Speaker connected Through a Presonus 24C. We hear the output just fine from both Mics in the Office. We can hear our other Zoom users just fine through the Speaker. Unfortunately, since last spring, the other users on Zoom have only heard one mic. It is a weird issue; we have it on two different laptops. The problem also exists in Google Meet. It's some Windows audio issue, but I can't quite pin it down.

How to enlagre Green framed shared screen display

I use to see a bigger display of what I was sharing as a host.

 

Now I only see this small green framed version of what I am sharing.

I usually log in to my Zoom account using Gmail. Currently, my Gmail is suspended by Google. How can I log in to my Zoom account while I am unable to access my Gmail?

View all account users scheduled meetings

I want to view all the users on our account all their meetings that are scheduled. how do i set this up

Continual Request to Update Zoom

Every time I try to log in or start a meeting, I keep getting the same message: Your app version needs to be 5.13.5 or higher to sign in. Please update to continue.

 

I do that constantly and then the same message appears next time.

Hi All,

I looked up the forum but couldn't find an answer.

I'm still new with using Zoom on a windows client (win 10) and created several meetings which an invite was automatically sent. So far, so good.

Due to some timing-conflicts the start time of the meeting needed to be adjusted from 7pm to 6:30pam and one attendee was added. I expected that automatically an updated invite will be sent to existing attendees as well as an invite to the new one.
Guess what: Nothing happens!

Is there any settings I need to apply, or what is necessary to get meeting-updates sent?

I'm looking forward to your support.

screen annotations do not work when sharing from ipad

Meeting participants cannot annotate screen  shared from ipad running the latest version 5.8.0 (1293).  The annotate selection in zoom on mac and the pencil in zoom on ipad vanish.

This worked when sharing from ipad running a previous version but I made the mistake and updated zoom from the app store, Oops!

the ipad is running os version 14.8

We have a user who has successfully joined our corporate account, however, we are unable to see them in the console to assign licenses.

 

User has received confirmation email of successful account transfer and if we attempt to invite them using their email address, we receive an "User already in account" error message.

 

User does not show up in the User list, nor in pending, and searching for the email address directly does not return any results.

 

Has anyone else run into this issue before and is there a resolution?
