1. how to let people enter my meeting without any waiting room and passcode ? and

 

2.how to disable the chat for attendees in meeting

Hi, @ong888.

 

  1. No. Join before Host does require that Waiting Room be disabled for the meeting, but if Waiting Room is disabled, a Passcode is required.
  2. As the Host, open the Chat window during the meeting and click the … menu. Set the Chat settings there.
