According to this KB article https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0070336 there is a Phone Dial-in Contacts. under Account Management.

I have a Pro account, but am not able to locate this page.

I am trying to setup dial-in contacts so that when participants dial-in to a meeting from a phone, their name appears rather than just their phone number.

Can anyone provide guidance or help?

Regards,

Wayne

My Zoom account used to be successful integrated with my Google Calendar so that my meeting were saved to Google Calendar. Recently, when scheduling a meeting I selected the option "All Calendars" rather than Google Calendar, and since then I haven't been able to go back to the option to have Zoom access my Google Calendar to record teh meeting invitations. I have gone through the steps Zoom recommends. I even tried removing access from Google so that I coudl then re-add access to Zoom, but that doesn't work. When I go to Zoom under my account and select,

"Calendar and Contacts Integration," and go through the entire process of giving my google account access, it allows me to go through the entire process and then it says:

"Add failed, the calendar-related access permissions are not allowed" with no further explanation. If anyone has any ideas for me, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks!

I set up and conducted a Zoom meeting for a group on 2/21. It was a one-time meeting. Invitees to the 2/21 meeting are finding subsequent, recurring meetings on their calendars. I never set up any of these meetings. They do not show up in my Zoom list under "Meetings". None of them are on my calendar. Understandably, the invitees to the 2/21 meeting are confused and irritated by these subsequent invitations that I never arranged. How do I get them deleted?

However, a number of my clients have gmail accounts, and I don't want to use the domain "@gmail.com" because it would give access to too many people. Can I enter specific email addresses so individuals with a gmail email do not have to sit in the waiting room?

I use the cloud / web account login (not the web app) to set up all my meetings. (Chrome on Windows) I created a Recurring Meeting with "Meet Anytime" as an option, and I used it once. Then it disappeared. I can see recurring meetings on my calendar, and it is not there.

I have "lost" meetings before, and I don't know where they go.

I am not using any apps for scheduling, just my primary account via zoom.us.

Tips?

When I discovered the Zoom Desktop Client on my iMac was slightly out-of-date (5.16.2), I tried several times to download the latest release.  Each time, the zoomusInstallerFull.pkg.download file appears in my Downloads folder, but the download hangs right at the start with only 11 KB downloaded.

I have no problem downloading apps from other sites.

I'm having trouble finding information on this. Can someone explain what determines the aspect ratio of a meeting recording? I'm trying to edit a meeting recording (recorded on the cloud) on iMovie, and iMovie is cutting off the frame so that the thumbnail of the speaker next to a shared screen is partially cut off. I went back and looked at the aspect ratio for this Zoom recording, and it shows the dimensions as 1724 × 772.  Then I went back and looked at previous Zoom videos I've edited and the dimensions of the raw Zoom videos vary -- I have some that  are 1760 x 900, some 1724 x 778, and several 640x360.  However, I've never had this problem when editing in iMovie before putting the video on YouTube.

I can make adjustments in iMovie so that the entire Zoom recording is shown in the frame, but that results in a letterbox effect in the edited video, which I don't want.  I'm not clear at all how the Zoom aspect ratio/dimensions are set, and if there' s a way I can pre-set a ratio/dimension so I can avoid this problem to begin with.

Would appreciate any insight/suggestions!
