I am new to zoom, but from going on Reddit and using Google see this has been a issue back to 2022. with people having the same issue with multiple diff headhones. Sometimes they can get it to connect, sometimes never. My headphones work fine with everything else on the phone. They also connect fine when using the Zoom app on my laptop. On the laptop it asks me if I want to test my Mic and Audio, then gives me the option to choose my audio device. It does NOT give me the option when I join or initiate a meeting using the Android app. I connect my Bluetooth and my headphones before I open zoom, like I was told. On the Android app, All the settings in Zoom show that they are connected. The Bluetooth Icon in the zoom app in the left corner shows next to the speaker icon and in the settings it says that the headphones are connected, but the sound still only comes out of the speaker. I even hit the volume button and try to select the headphones instead of the speaker, but it always goes back to the speaker when I close it out. I clicked the 3 dots on the right and it shows the headphones are selected and connected. If I go to Spotify and try that they work fine. I deleted all my cache and data on the app and uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still doesn't work using the headphones. Everything in the app says they are connected.

After the most recent zoom update (earlier this week) my bluetooth headphones and conference speaker don't get recognized. They show up as options as a headset in the audio settings like before but no sound comes through and get an error message saying the device is not recognized when I try to join that way in a meeting. Generally the first bluetooth device i connect to after restarting works fine. When I try to toggle to another device is when this problem appears to happen. I never had this issue before

My profile pic is no longer displaying on meetings. Just my name. I have gone thru all the steps that the support suggests but to no avail. Please advise why this is happening?
Hello, cannot seem to find the settings to ask zoom to retain / memorise all preciously used emails to invite attendees. Or even to sync with the contacts I have used in my inbox
Hello, My team would like to make the transcripts of our videos searchable in our wiki by string and by timestamp, possibly more later. All of our previous videos have been recorded without this plan in mind, but luckily the transcription and room chat were both captured and play when you watch the video via the Zoom Web UI player. What roles or permissions in Zooms settings do I need to have on those videos to capture and work with the audio? I assume there's an admin role, a host role, etc etc. I'd like to know what to ask for from my team in order to make this happen. Thank you!

Using both Zoom Meeting & Zoom Webinar - issue exists with multiple different users who have shared screen audio - both on Mac & PC. - When sharing a video with multiple layers/audio tracks (spoken audio & background music/sounds), the audio is very garbled. Sometimes, you can hear the spoken audio ok but none of the background sound. Sometimes you can't really hear any of it well. - This started in August 2023 and was limited to just a few of us (hosts) who couldn't hear well on Zoom Webinar though the attendees didn't have any issues. Now, we're experience this with several different panelists on Webinar and different co-hosts on Meeting and attendees can't hear the audio well. - The different people who have shared have been on PCs and Macs all across the world. - Some attendees can hear parts of the audio tracks better than other attendees. - We worked with Zoom a few months ago to try to resolve this when it was limited to just a few of us. Now it's expanded. - Background noise suppression settings (within Zoom and in computer settings) don't seem to make a difference. Neither does optimizing the sound for musicians or any other audio settings we've tested.

Trying to download a cloud recording. It is available to stream and edit, but not download, but that's the only decent looking one. How to download it? The ones available to download are terrible. Things changed in the recording space since the last time I did it.

Use Case As a spoken language interpreter, my services are needed in a live Zoom meeting—my customer who uses Zoom Pro needs to send me an invite to join this video conference. I want to receive this invite via SIP or API so that I can find an interpreter available on my platform, which isn't Zoom. We typically have over 1000 interpreters who may or may not be available. Sending the invite via email or SMS won't work because I need to search my platform for available interpreters and then pass on the meeting URL so that the interpreter can join the meeting. What is the best approach to handle this use case, assuming the user has a Zoom Pro account?

I'm recording interviews in Zoom, and I'd like to exclude myself from gallery view (as I'm not actually interviewing or being interviewed, so I don't need to be in the video). Is it possible to 'hide' myself from the gallery view?
