Urgent: Zoom "share a portion" is NOT adjustable on Mac ios for screenshare

Hey guys this is really urgent since this is needed for my work and presentations. The share portion of the screen function on zoom is NOT resizing and it remains a TINYYYYY little green square that covers literally nothing. I did not have this issue with my windows. I just got the new air and I have this problem. 

Yes I updated zoom and my mac. Yes I uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well. 

Please help
