When I record my zoom session from my Mac 14-inch, 2023, there is a black overlay around the video. When my assistant records on her Mac 13-inch the overlay is gone. I suspect it might have to do with the size of my monitor since we both use the same account, with same settings. Anyone knows how can i solve this matter? If not, everyone knows how i can contact zoom to send the prints of the recording. Thank you in advance

I am a customer paying around 200$ each year to use Zoom meeting


I cannot use my Zoom App since this week...

My business is loosing money because of that problem

The app asked me to install new version...
Since that, the app doesn't want to launch...

I try to come back to an old version but it doesn't work too

I installed the very new version but at the and of installation, it doesn't want to install


I don't know how to manage my appointment... I tried by the website of Zoom but it imposes to me to download app to run... And it doesn't run...

I'm working in education and we have the need for 2 students to be on one computer at times.  They are using noise canceling gaming headphones typically,  but we need 2 children to get on at times.   Does anyone have experience with this working successfully to join on one computer and participate in a zoom meeting?  If so is their a splicer or even headsets that you recommend.   (In case it matters, none of our sites use Mac computers and none are chrome books).  Thanks for insight!

If I am the owner of the account and set the default for the waiting room to be disabled, can individual users turn the function on for specific meetings?

I have an issue that is due to my own mistake and not double checking which account I was signed into but I am hoping there is a way to fix this issue if it happens again in the future...

 

I am the Executive Assistant at the company I work for and my Zoom account was added as a licensed user on my Boss's Zoom account. So for each scheduled meeting I am marked as an Alternative Host which works great when I select the link while signed into my own login. However, sometimes I have to sign into my boss's account for certain tasks; if I don't sign out and log back into my account before starting a meeting it will automatically sign me into his account and I have to run it has him which then makes him unable to join the meeting.

 

How do I "end the meeting" and/or "sign into my own account" without making the link an issue for others to join afterwards, as this was the issue I ran into twice now? (I ended the meeting and logged out of his account, then signed into my account, and then selected the link again and had issues where no one else could sign in with that link besides myself, so we had to use a whole different account and link to have the event.)

Please help! I tried to look this issue up already here but did not find the answers that I needed.

I accepted a meeting invite with multiple dates; they show above my scheduled meetings in the app

I accepted a meeting invitation for a committee I serve on that meets montyly, created with Google Calendar. Somehow it added every date - up through 2028 - to my Zoom app Meetings view. These now show above my own weekly recurring meetings that I've scheduled, which I need to access daily. I cannot see these meetings when I'm logged into Zoom via the website and look at my meetings list; I also can't see  a way to delete them from my Zoom app Meetings view.  How can I get these to go away, or at least appear below my recurring meetings?

A client is having a problem uninstalling their current version of Zoom (so they can do an upgrade). Based on the message (about missing features), I believe the issue is that the uninstall process can't find the original installer. Can someone provide a link to where I could download the 64-bit installer for Zoom Desktop Client 5.13.11216?
