I have no problem sharing my screen typically. I have a business partner that makes me a cohost and when I go to share my screen in their meeting the share button is grey'd out so I'm unable to share my screen. Note: Other business partners who are made cohosts can share their screens. Only I am unable to share due to the grey'd out button. Can you help us resolve this? Thank you!

I'd like to give my assistant access to my account to help me schedule meetings and integrate links with my website (WIX). Any advice?
When I conduct a meeting, there is an icon at the bottom of the screen called Participants that shows the list of active viewers in the meeting room. This list is pinned to the side of the view screen and maintains its size and location throughout the session. I accidentally unpinned the list from the side of the view screen. Now, the box is of small size and doesn't fill in the empty space. How do I pin it back to the side of my view screen to keep a constant size?

Hi all. I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to view meeting participant video in gallery view while I am sharing my screen? I want to view both the shared screen content and the video of participants at the same time, and it seems the only way to do this is with floating thumbnail videos? The problem with this is that the floating thumbnails block the content I am sharing. I want both the shared content and the participant video to be present during hte meeting, but also to show up on hte recording. Does anyone know if this is possible with the free, Basic version? And if it can be done without using two screens? Thanks!

Hi everyone, I can't seem to figure out how to move participants into breakout rooms and back into the main room in any easy way. We run a large meeting where cameras are required to be on for all participants. I am trying to forcefully move anyone who has their camera OFF into a breakout room, where one of our staff will be waiting there until they turn their camera back on, at which point they'll be sent back to the main room. At no point in this should the participant themself have control. I want to force move them into the breakout room and then back to the main room. How can I do this?

When screen sharing a tabbed app from my Mac (eg, Pages, Finder), the screen share applies to a single specific tab of the app, and when selecting the screen to share, I must select the tab I wish to be viewed. If, whilst sharing my screen, I change the tab I am viewing, screen sharing is immediately suspended, and my audience continue to see on their screens the original tab. In order to switch sharing from tab to tab I must stop sharing, and then start it again, explicitly selecting the tab I wish to share on each occasion This is very annoying, and completely breaks the flow of what I am explaining, whilst the continual stopping and starting of sharing is confusing to the audience. Multiple tabs are an essential part of my work. For example, I might need to edit 4 different documents at the same time in Pages, and to switch between documents. This is a natural and convenient way of working. However, if I am sharing my (for example) Pages screen during a Zoom call to demonstrate to the other attendees what I am doing, the flow is interrupted each time I need to switch tabs. I have no idea if this is also a feature of screen sharing on platforms other than the Mac, but either way it strikes me as a serious and unintuitive limitation, and a significant defect in Zoom's otherwise excellent screen sharing facility.

I received someone else link to a recording meeting. I always keep it in an Excel file, but I want it to be saved in my Zoom account (Recording List).
For some unknown reason, Zoom has started really noisy and disruptive announcements that notify people when screen sharing has begun, when recording starts or ends, and when files are added to the chat. How on earth do I turn this off? It's awful!!!
