Hello! I make permanent conferences for my clients (as a psychologist i have one meeting a week with one of 20 persons and every person has its own conference with me). During previous 2 years it looked like this.

And when i make such a conference it overwhelms list of my conferences.

Is it possible to make repetitive conference without date and time now? Where is it in menues?

When I record meetings (local recording), Zoom creats a file named "Recording.conf" in the meeting folder.

It seems like a JSON file containing some info about the meeting, but what is it for? Is this something I can delete once I confirm all necessary recording files are fine?

hace años que uso zoom y hasta hace 6 meses esto funcionaba perfectamente

me supone un problema para poder trabajar fuera de casa que todo el que este a mi alrededor escuche mis llamadas por zoom

no encuentro nada en la configuracion para poder enviar el audio a traves de los auriculares

os pido que me ayudeis con esto

I did a short test record for an interview. I then check the file to transcode it. it worked. I then on the same call started recording a longer 45 miniute interview and at the end I went through the usual steps, but now in the folder, even though the xzoom file is timestamped with the time i finsihed the interview, and the .zoom file is the right data size for the whole interview, when i click on it it only shows me that short section from the test. Has this happened to anyone? I'm very desperate to see how to fix this, I feel like the data is there but its only opening the portion from when i did the short test record.

I used to use zoom frequently, and haven't in 3 years. I am trying to use it to learn a foreign language now but I am completely unable to due to the disaster zoom has become.

 

When starting my own meeting, there are no issues. However, when I join this 11 person class. It will freeze sometimes immediately after joining or will work for about 120 seconds then freeze.

 

PC specs:

I7-11700k@3.60GHz 16 CPUs

32GB RAM

Nvidia 3090 RTX

 

Internet:

300mbps download

100mps upload

No other users streaming or downloading

 

I've tried disabling any hardware accelerators to include microphone and camera. I've also disabled all other applications. Fully updated windows 10. I've reinstalled zoom. Created a new zoom account. 

 

I regularly stream and have never had an issue with anything remotely except for zoom. I'm pretty tech savvy and haven't found any solution with pretty extensive troubleshooting. I may have to drop this class due to whatever issue zoom has unless somebody from the community has any kind of insight since tech support is paywalled.

Please enable the ability to turn on auto-transcription services regardless of Host.

 

As someone in the Deaf/Hard of Hearing community, captions have been an absolute life saver to my Zoom meeting experience. However, having to be reliant on the Host to enable the service is horrendous, especially if the Host can't make it for any reason and the meeting happens without them.

 

At my company we have the ability to use Live (Auto) Transcriptions, so this isn't the case of requiring someone to manually do the transcriptions.

 

To be clear, I am not asking about being able to save the transcriptions, and that feature could be disabled unless Host allows.

 

Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack Huddle... all already offer this feature as standard.

 

I simply want to be able to turn on captions (with "on by default" setting) for all zoom meetings, without asking for Host permission. This is an accessibility requirement.

Detailed questions about basic users, scheduling, and calendars

I am curious if anyone can help me. 
We have 1 pro account that we use for standing board meetings. 
On rare occasions, other staff will use their own account to schedule a meeting. Those users are basic users that were added to the paid account. 

Is there anyway to combine every basic user added to the account's scheduled meetings on the main account?
I hope that makes sense. The easy thing to do is license everyone, but we don't use it enough to justify the extra costs involved. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated. 

TLDR: I want anyone who logs into the main paid account, to be able to see all the basic users in the account's scheduled meetings and vicea versa, it would be great for the users to all see the main accounts meetings.

Apple Vision pro client demands new version when authenticating via SSO

The Apple Vision Pro Zoom app doesn't seem to be working with SSO logins. It appears to authenticate OK, but it pops up the following message: 

 

"Your app version needs to be 5.15.10(9784) or higher to sign in. Please update to continue."

 

I'm on the latest version available in the app store. I've found at least one other report on reddit, but can't find anything here. Making sure the dev team is aware.

I took note that one of our upcoming meetings contains different start and end times than what is posted on our Outlook calendars.  I want to avoid any confusion and/or issues during the event.  Has anyone else noticed this before?  Should we delete and recreate the event to avoid any potential issues for our attendees?  Thanks in advance for your assistance.
