Hello,

I have an issue that is due to my own mistake and not double checking which account I was signed into but I am hoping there is a way to fix this issue if it happens again in the future...

 

I am the Executive Assistant at the company I work for and my Zoom account was added as a licensed user on my Boss's Zoom account. So for each scheduled meeting I am marked as an Alternative Host which works great when I select the link while signed into my own login. However, sometimes I have to sign into my boss's account for certain tasks; if I don't sign out and log back into my account before starting a meeting it will automatically sign me into his account and I have to run it has him which then makes him unable to join the meeting.

 

How do I "end the meeting" and/or "sign into my own account" without making the link an issue for others to join afterwards, as this was the issue I ran into twice now? (I ended the meeting and logged out of his account, then signed into my account, and then selected the link again and had issues where no one else could sign in with that link besides myself, so we had to use a whole different account and link to have the event.)

Please help! I tried to look this issue up already here but did not find the answers that I needed.

I accepted a meeting invite with multiple dates; they show above my scheduled meetings in the app

I accepted a meeting invitation for a committee I serve on that meets montyly, created with Google Calendar. Somehow it added every date - up through 2028 - to my Zoom app Meetings view. These now show above my own weekly recurring meetings that I've scheduled, which I need to access daily. I cannot see these meetings when I'm logged into Zoom via the website and look at my meetings list; I also can't see  a way to delete them from my Zoom app Meetings view.  How can I get these to go away, or at least appear below my recurring meetings?

A client is having a problem uninstalling their current version of Zoom (so they can do an upgrade). Based on the message (about missing features), I believe the issue is that the uninstall process can't find the original installer. Can someone provide a link to where I could download the 64-bit installer for Zoom Desktop Client 5.13.11216?

We have meeting invitations which appear to be sent by an outside user's email, but that person didn't send them. For security purposes we're attempting to track down whose account was used to create the meeting link.

I recently deleted Fathom, I had downloaded it without knowing what I was doing so I uninstalled it. And now I can't open a zoom meeting. I get the above message and don't know how to clear it.

Resolved! Can't get past the meeting launch page to join any Zoom mtg

I started having this problem yesterday, Nov 6, 2023. I can't get past the Zoom launch page when I click on the hot links to meeting in my email. I tried the Zoom chat bot and they referred me here. I cleared my cache and temp files and still didn't ... Show more

I started having this problem yesterday, Nov 6, 2023.  I can't get past the Zoom launch page when I click on the hot links to meeting in my email.  I tried the Zoom chat bot and they referred me here.   I cleared my cache and temp files and still didn't work.   I uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom and still it is not working.  I can get in on the Web app but that is super laggy and not a viable solution.  I can get in on my iPhone, but again not a sustainable solution.    I appreciate any help figuring this mystery out.

No Microphone input in Zoom meeting or when testing the mic
Microphone works fine with windows apps (voice recorder etc)

 

- Privacy config was set properly (zoom have access to the microphone)

- Zoom and Windows are up to date with the latest versions updates etc

- Device manager drivers for the microphone is with the latest version

- I have removed B&O app like suggested here:

- I have turned off windows sound enhancements features

- I've reinstalled zoom from scratch

- Even tried downgrading to 5.11.3 like suggested on the mentioned post, but zoom won't let me login cause it is too old

- also tried restarting the OS of course

 

I believe some bloat app is still occuping it / blocking it from access but I really don't want to reinstall clean windows beacuse of that..

any other suggestions? much appreciated 🙂

I have latest download for mobile app Android

Enabling Original Sound does NOT disable background noise suppression.

Starting new meeting, setting switch to Original Sound on or off.  Neither disable suppression of noise.

This used to work.  Now Original Sound switch makes no difference in recording.

Also app does not have Original Sound for Musicians instead of Original Sound

How do I do this on MOBILE APP - please no desktop instructions.

I am integrating Zoom with the Acuity platform for scheduling. Acuity allows me to enable a Zoom account, and I have configured my account with the Basic (free) plan.

 

We are an online psychology project, and I am using Acuity to enable all my collaborators (psychologists) to manage their schedules, allowing patients to schedule appointments with the psychologist of their choice.

Which Zoom plan should I purchase to allow my collaborators to have simultaneous calls? For instance, if one patient schedules with Doctor A on Monday at 9:00 and another patient schedules with Doctor B at the same time on the same day.

 

Is it possible to have two simultaneous calls? Additionally, the calls need to last longer than the 40 minutes provided in Zoom's free plan.
