Can you help me figure out how to my Zoom account to my outlook? I added the add-on for Zoom in my outlook but when I got to sign-in, it won't allow me to select to sign in with my Apple ID. Since I have it linked my apple ID, i don't have a typical password so now I'm stuck.

I'm a novice and using Zoom Desktop for Mac. I've noticed that sometimes meetings that I've been invited to attend show up in the right pane. When that happens, to attend that meeting I can just click on it there right in Zoom, and don't have to search my email program to find the email with the zoom link. But more often than not, that pane says "No meetings scheduled". How does one get events that you're invited to, to show up on that right pane? I'm wondering if maybe they get written into that pane when I click on the Calendar link in the original email. I thought that that link only writes them into my Mac's Apple calendar, but maybe sometimes that also writes into the internal Zoom calendar as well, and that's how they show up on the right pane?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello for the last 3 weeks I have issues with the last version of Zoom Client 5.17.10. It happens when I'm joining a meeting and I tried everything to fix it. Rebooting my modem Rebooting my laptop Closing/Open the zoom app Uninstalled/Installed the zoom app This didn't happened weeks ago when the error presented and I had the same version ( 5.17.10 ). The same error happens with the chrome version, it doesn't load up SOMETIMES and I had to reload the page many times until something happens and it loads the meeting. PC specs: Windows 10 Home 10.0.19045 Build 19045 Intel Core i7-4720HQ 16GB DDR3 Ram

HI there - I set up meetings on behalf of my boss but occasionally if I open the meeting link before she does the host defaults to myself. Why does zoom do that and how can I stop it? This is particularly annoying when there is a waiting room enabled as I have to admit waiting attendees including my boss!

I've had a weekly recurring meeting scheduled for well over a year. Same day of the week, same time. My subscription is paid through May. Today when I logged in so as to copy the invitation for an invitee, there were no meetings listed under "Upcoming." I tried the bot, which was the most useless bot I've ever encountered. Finally connected to an agent named "Harold," but he couldn't figure it out. Meanwhile the time of my meeting came and went. Finally, I just started from scratch and scheduled a new recurring meeting for the same day, same time. But does anyone know why this happened? It was such a waste of time (nearly an hour) and, as noted, I missed my own meeting. Thanks.

I run several different types of meetings for very different topics, subjects, and industries. Is there a way to set up a unique and pertinent background for each unique, individual meeting? At present, changing the background affects all the meetings. Thank you in advance for your suggestions and advice.

I logged in to Zoom meeting this morning and was unable to see or hear participants. I was able to see who were the participants but unable to participate myself. The screen prompted me to ''Join to Computer Audio'' and when I clicked on it nothing happened. Did anyone come across this problem?
