I have an MP4 file that I see fine, but other ZOOM viewers only see grey screen and don't hear audio.
Any suggestions? Mac M1 Sonoma 14.1 Plays in QuicktTme Player
This is a new problem. When I shared a document, the shared window on my computer is minimized. There is no change in window size when I try to select any of the window size options under settings (fullscreen mode, maximize window, maintain current size). Participants report that the shared screen appears to be the normal size for them. The shared screen on my desktop is the size of minimized gallery participant pictures. I've tried rebooting my computer as well as removing the Zoom program and downloading again. The problem persists. Thanks!

Zoom meetings on Windows is vulnerable to the 3 CVEs listed: CVE-2023-5678 CVE-2023-6237 CVE-2024-0727 due to not upgrading to 3.1.5 of OpenSSL. It's been at least 4 months since some of them were disclosed if not longer. Should we be planning to treat the desktop client as abandon ware? Are we simply paying $20+ a user a month for no reason? Was there an announcement that I missed that this was EOL software? I could understand if this was a free product but the lack of any action on this is highly concerning. What could be more important than the security of your own platform and the data and trust of your paying customers? What could be taking a higher priority? Has the man or woman that will finally resolve this issue not been hired by Zoom yet and they're in a hiring freeze we're not aware of? Are the hundreds of millions in revenue not enough to staff appropriately and have development resources allocated to security vulnerabilities? Will they be writing us a check for the damages if their software leads to a breach or data disclosure due it's vulnerabilities? Will they offer us the option to terminate our contract with no penalty? Why must we keep paying if they're not interested in maintaining their platform? Why is it easier to get better service at your local fast food drive through than from the vendor you're paying tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars each year in licensing fees?

I recently purchased a Yeti Microphone. My default speaker for my laptop is set to Realtek, but Zoom constantly looks for the Yeti microphone as a speaker so I can't hear the participants unless I reselect the Realtek speakers within Zoom. Thanks for any suggestions. J.

Hi, I have a "Pro" Zoom account that comes with 5GB of cloud storage. Does anyone have an idea how many hours of meetings this will hold? I don't know if the number of attendees makes a difference but if it does then please use an average of 12 attendees. I'm also curious about the transcript function that I've read about, but I'll do more research in to the first. Thanks Parthe

Our company is seeking to leverage sub accounts as a means of organizing our various departments effectively. The primary objective is to facilitate departmental communication within silos, allowing employees to interact exclusively with their own department, while granting department heads the capability to communicate with other departments and management. Key stakeholders such as HR and the office manager need the authority to oversee and manage these accounts and their respective groups. Upon thorough research, it appears that our desired setup may not be readily achievable through conventional means. However, we are now considering the utilization of sub accounts as a potential solution to address this specific use case. How could sub accounts help us in this particular use case ?
