Made a co-host but not seeing the meeting

My colleague made me the co-host, by entering my work email address. However, when I sign into my Zoom account, the Meeting does not show up under "Meetings".

Create a meeting for another user who will become the host.

I am using the API to create a meeting for another user who will become the host. I have a paid account. Does the other user need a paid account as well?

Hi there

There have been two meetings in a row where I logged in with the meeting ID, user name, password, all requisite information. The page keeps saying "This is invalid" or something along those lines. This is an important meeting with a group that I'm working with in Concord, CA and this is unacceptable.

I also find it rude that Zoom does not permit me to speak with a tech support agent when I likewise enter the same exact correct information via phone.

I want this fixed now.

My organization has a weekly recurring meeting link set up. One particular Mac user when joining the meeting with his gmail is never able to unmute or show his camera for this meeting. He can type in the chat. Everyone else who joins the meeting with personal emails are able to use the functions as normal. He has uninstalled and reinstalled his Zoom app so it's on the latest version. The meeting link is set so all participants can join at any time and it does not automatically mute them upon entry. We are baffled why this keeps happening. He can join the meeting, just not participate. We also set up a separate one-time meeting link and the same thing happened to him. He joins other zooms throughout the week with different organizations and does not have this problem. Any ideas?

Do the people attending the Zoom meeting I put together (it's my account) have access to using break out rooms or am I the only person who has that option?

If I only have access to the break out rooms, is there a way I can give permission for anyone to access them in case I'm unavailable to attend the meeting?

Thanks!

Clear a poll result

I have a poll that I tested internally. I now want to clear the results ready for the actual meeting. I can't see a way to clear poll results!

I have viewed several videos with this question and they all point to accessing my audio profile under settings. I don't see/have it. Only options I appear to have are Telephone audio and Computer audio. That's the extent of my audio settings. Right now when we livestream, the music is choppy and/or nonexistent. The regular voice audio streams very well.

What might be the issue and how can it be fixed if I cannot access an expanded audio profile? I have clicked my picture, gone to settings as instructed, but do not see what the instructors are pointing to.

We plan to provide some online lectures to about 2,000 students, and we have to check all the log data so we can pay for students who participate in this lecture.

But the problem that we have is there is so many students who has the same name(literally the exact same name), so as soon as we find them, we tell them to change their name. (ex) SinatraA / SinatraB)

And base on the last experiences, when we extract the participant log data, We cannot find "the changed" nicknames. (There is Sinatra, but no SinatraA)

I just wondering there are technical functions that we can find out all the original nicknames & changed ones. (e.g. [nickname] Sinatra [Pariciapation time] 20:00 / [nickname] SinatraA [Pariciapation time] 40:00)
