My camera will not activate during a zoom call. I will activate when I run a diagnostic to test voice and camera.
I am in a situation where multiple Zoom sessions are separated by about 10 minutes. Each session will be about an hour. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to start a new recorded meeting session while the recording from a previous session is being processed? And are there limits? We plan on using Zoom's cloud option - will that help?
I appreciate any feedback!

Question about the mass deployment of zoom in our business. Most of it works flawlessly. Our only concern is not being able to set up a language. Each user as to change the language from english to the prefered language at first lunch. Is there a command line switch able to do that on install? If not id like to pitch this as a suggestion because switching language on over thousands of computer is not ideal. Thanks in advance!

My boss has a recurring meeting setup and she is the Host. She was trying to start it from the Zoom Desktop App (windows 11) but there was no "Start" button. It also asked her if she was going... which is weird because it's HER MEETING and SHE is the HOST. I thought maybe since she didn't affirm her attendance that was why but even after she clicked Yes (that she was attending), there was still no start button. She had to open her browser and login to the Zoom website to start the meeting. How can she get the Start button to appear in the desktop app? Seems less than intuitive.

When Altice/Optimum/CableVision was my ISP I never had an issue with Zoom. Since switching (earlier this year) to Verizon FIOS as my ISP, all Zoom meetings experience intermittent video & audio freezes. Sometimes the freezes last only 5 seconds and sometimes 20 seconds. I have a high end system (MAC Studio w 32GB memory) that is hard wired (ethernet cable) into the FIOS router (i.e., no WiFi involvement). Even is I quit all other apps and disconnect all external devices during the zoom session the freezes occur. I do not experience video freezes with any other apps (e.g., Youtube and other streaming services). Other than this zoom issue, this FIOS Internet service seems to work fine. Verizon came to the house and said it was not their problem - they said it is a Zoom issue. I tend to think it is a Verizon issue because I have not experienced these Zoom freezes with my old ISP. This issue started exactly when I switched my ISP to FIOS. Perhaps there is some type of compatibility issue between Verizon FIOS and Zoom. Are there diagnostics on the Zoom side that might shed some light on the issue. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi All, We have 4 diff zoom id's with diff email & password & one of the Zoom id which we have recharged has 2 users where 1 user is not assigned. Now one of the zoom id's is expiring in couple of days. Now my question is can I use 1 user which is not assigned, to zoom id which has to be recharged in couple of days will it work? Please let me know. Thank

Looking for help understanding the captions translation functionality. We are on Education licensing. I started by reading this article. My questions are: 1. The article indicated you must be on one of the below licensing plans. If we were to upgrade our licensing for our hosts, would the 'attendee' in the meeting also need to be licensed in this way in order to view translated captions. It is our intention to have external attendees. 2. Is this definitely translation? i.e. we are speaking in English, and the attendee can choose to see translated captions in French. Appreciate any advice

We are using Zoom smartphone and we have enabled automatic call recording, but the call is not getting recorded.
I've been regularly opening zoom recordings sent to me over the last year by my teacher. But in the few days, the link fails to open, leading a message that says that 'The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported'. Other people on the course can still open their links. My system is macOS Can anyone tell me why this failure is happening and what I can do about it. Thanks.

Hi, my microphone volume is suddenly too low. I have a desktop mac. It's hard for people to hear me. In audio settings the microphone volume is on max. However, when I test my microphone in audio settings my voice volume is much too faint. The microphone is picking up my voice but the output is so low. I tested the microphone on my computer itself, it is fine. There were no issues like this up until this week. Please help! Thanks
