Resolved! Can't share screen on new MacBook Air
When I try to share my screen it tells me to go to system preferences but I never find anything there to allow for it.

my camera does not open in zoom meetings so my host can't work w/me
Hi, I teach dance classes on zoom and have a separate speaker for the music, however, the music sound keeps cutting out for the participants. It used to work fine but has been awful for months now. I've tried adjusting the settings with no luck, and tried not speaking while the music is on but nothing is working...at a loss to work out what to do.Thanks in advnace for any help?

How can I add emails of attendees without having to type in each individual email?
Can I create a list of emails to use each time I schedule a similar meeting?

Hi, there is an email address that I tried to confirm viewing one of my recordings (ID: 892 2106 5437). The user submitted a request under the email *********** and I approved it. According to the usual procedure, he should have received an email with a link to watch the recording. It's my job and it really bothers me. Please fix it and contact me to update that it has been fixed. Thank you
Instead, the user did not receive any email and was even blocked from viewing the link I sent him under the claim that a request had already been submitted using the current email (while he is unable to confirm the request). I tried removing his permission and re-authorizing it again because it happened to me before and it helped. Unfortunately this time not only did it not help but I also get a notification that I cannot confirm the same email anymore as an authorized viewer of this recording.

I seem to have partipants missing from the list in the meeting. People attend but are not in the participants list for me to check they are in attendance. Can anyone advise please?
I am missing a recording. I was using the Basic Plan to trial out the paid business plan, therefore this was a local recording because cloud recordings are not enabled on Basic. I definitely pressed recording, the meeting did cut off after 40 mins and I did not get the chance to hit end recording. Could it be that I missed the pop up after the recording and did not take the chance to save the recording when it popped up? The other meeting participant was also logged in on two devices but I don't think that makes a difference?
I recorded two meetings, the first one worked, the second one did not work however I did not do anything differently. I have used the chat function and checked various help guides including checking recordings and previous meetings.

I use zoom for dance classes since the covid and everything worked just fine. I recently change my computer, but still on MAC, and I tried for hours to change the settings and it seems that the sound does not comes directly from the computer because we can hardly hear anything while my voice with the external mike works just fine... I had to cancel a class and may cancel another one if I don't find the solution. HEEEELPPP please!!!

Hello when using ZOOM meeting, interface stuttering is too much. I want to know if it's a problem with PC specification or if it's because I'm using free version. I turned on Task Manager while using ZOOM and checked CPU RAM GPU, but it didn't overload me. Please guide me if you know how. Thank you.

All of our employees have licensed zoom accounts. For some reason when I try to add a particular employee as a host on an interview invite an error occurs saying he "is not a zoom user." We haven checked that his zoom integration is set up on greenhouse and that the email matches on zoom and greenhouse.
