Prepping for my first ZOOM meting. As host, I will use ppt slides as well a running short ppt deck, video from youtube and sound. Any tips, hints as I a looking for a 100% smooth experience for me as host and most importantly for a small to medium large participant pool. THANKS!

Hello! Help!! I recently tried to upload a new background (last update seemed to have removed them). When I did this, my camera stopped working. Super tough to run a webinar when you are the host and the camera doesn't work. I used a second computer, tried to upload, and bam!! same thing. now I have 2 computers and cameras that won't work. It works in all other applications, so any suggestions are welcome. Seems to be a glitch with this last update perhaps?

I have auto saved chat set in my zoom account (pro) but I can't find the chats anywhere. How can I find them? If it stopped working, does anyone know why? The settings are correct. Really need access to my chats from last week. Thanks!!
Is there a way to generate reports on attendees for recurring meetings -- I would like to see everyone who attended the meetings over the course of the last year.

When I share my screen on zoom, everyone can see it except for 1 client. This has happened repeatedly. I looked at their computer but cannot figure out what is wrong. Can you tell me any tips or tricks to allowing someone else to view the shared screen whenever it seems to work for everyone else on the call?

When using the Zoom for Outlook add-in, it seems that I can only update the settings of meetings that were created using the add-in directly. Meetings created through the Zoom desktop app, the Zoom web app, and the Zoom API do not seem to be recognized by the add-in. Steps to replicate: I've checked that the host_id of this event is the same as the account I'm logged into on Outlook. I've also tried patching the event to change the calendar_type setting to 1 (to indicate that the meeting is an Outlook add-in meeting). The patch is successful, but the event still cannot have the settings changed in Outlook. Is there anything I can do to allow the add-in to update the settings for meetings created outside of the add-in? Thank you!
