Hello everyone,

I want to host and record meetings on Zoom on my phone. When I start a meeting and switch from the front camera, Zoom always uses the wide angle lens, which has horrible quality. I would much prefer the standard lens, but don't find any options to change the camera, just the switch button in the meeting, which goes back to front camera.

I am using Samsung S20FE and newest update

Here is a situation. I'd like to do online school service.

There are so many teachers like Teacher1, T2, T3... T1000

And there are so many students like Student1, S2, S3... S3000

For example, we have 5 classes at the exact same time (20th December from 2PM to 3PM)

Teachers are not permanent staffs (a part-time cram schoolteacher), so I don't give them a zoom license.

But of course, they need a zoom room for each teacher.

How can I make a room individually for each teacher at the same time, all by myself (alone)

If I make one room for T1 at 2PM, I can't make other rooms, right?

How can I make 5 rooms at 2PM.

Desde hace unas semanas cuando comparto pantalla y pongo un powerpoit en vista de moderador no ven las personas con las que comparto la pantalla completa y se ve lo que yo veo en negro así como la barrera de herramientas también en negro. No sé a que es debido. ¿A alguien le ha pasado? Lo he desinstalado  y vuelto a instalar y nada. 

I have a Focusrite Scarlett USB audio interface, connected through ALSA. The Linux zoom client (on gentoo, that's net-im/zoom-6.2.10.4983, though this has been a problem for several versions now) can see the device, but I have no input (from the mic) or output (through the headphones). Every other audio program I use -- ardour for sound recordings, video players, Discord, etc etc -- has no problem seeing the audio device and using it for both playback and capture. It's *just* zoom. So what's the problem here, and how do I fix it? I've turned off noise cancellation and set it "for music," none of which has helped.

Is there a way to mute or significantly lower the mics of everyone when the host is speaking? In our meetings, I'd like to be able to welcome new members when they join. The problem is we have members that keep talking. It takes while before for they are done. Sometimes the person that has joined gets discouraged and leaves.

We are a church trying to host our services via Zoom.  Services start and end with music, and there is a lot of music during the service itself.  Therefore, it seems natural to us that "Original Sound for Musicians" should be able to be set as a standard meeting option in our meeting template.  However, it seems that Zoom doesn't have that option- at least I haven't found a way to do that.

Yes, we can manually enable "Original Sound for Musicians" after the meeting is started, and that works perfectly fine.  However, we would like to eliminate that manual step because, too often, we've made the mistake of leaving it off - which means that users don't hear any music.

I'd be most happy to hear that I've completely overlooked how to permanently set this feature in a meeting template.  (My wife tells me often that I'm blind when looking for things.)  Am I mistaken?  Does anyone have any helpful guidance?

I don't think this matters, but we are hosting Zoom on Apple macOS 13.7.1 (Ventura).

I am Darshan Hiranandani, facing an issue with the Zoom client on Linux (Gentoo, using net-im/zoom-6.2.10.4983, although this has been a problem across several versions). I’m using a Focusrite Scarlett USB audio interface connected through ALSA, and while Zoom can detect the device, I am unable to get either input (microphone) or output (headphones) to work.

Interestingly, every other audio program I use — like Ardour, Discord, video players, etc. — has no problem accessing and using the device for both playback and capture. The issue only seems to happen with Zoom.

I have already tried turning off noise cancellation and adjusting the settings for "music," but nothing has resolved the issue.

Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this, or how I can get Zoom to properly recognize and use the Focusrite Scarlett device for both input and output? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
