Has anyone had any luck in changing a passcode on a meeting Id that is used regularly, but is not showing up in recurring meetings. It has an existing passcode but I cannot figure out how to change if that meeting does not show up anywhere.

Is it possible for me to set up a meeting where people can meet without me?   Normally, we all meet together, but we have a special project going on where I'd like to allow folks to discuss their portions of the project with each other whenever they want - day or night, they decide the dates and times, and I don't have to be there to start the meeting.  We anticipate needing this through the end of this year.  I have a Zoom One Pro account. Thanks!

I am the owner of two Workplace Pro accounts for our small business. I want to transfer one of the licensed users from account A to account B. The user has no unique settings, data or recordings that need to be brought over. He will use the same business email address. I just want him to be a user in account B, not account A. 

 

Do I delete the user from account A and then assign him a license from account B? Or can I transfer his license from account A, thereby avoiding purchasing a license in account B?

This morning I tried to open Zoom to join a meeting on my Windows laptop. I got a message "Your app version needs to be 5.10.3 or higher to sign in. Please contact  your IT team to update your app."

First, when I go to support to get an update, it tells me I have to sign in, which I can't do (see above).

Second, I am a sole proprietor, I don't have an IT team.

What do I have to do?

I created a meeting link and sent it to my guests. Now, the meeting and the link are nowhere to be found in my upcoming meetings. And it's not my Personal Room link. What has happened?

image goes purple

Hello,

My image goes purple when I'm in zoom meetings.  This happens randomly.  The camera on my pc if fine.  I've been told to contact zoom to ask if they can help me, but I don't have access to the chatbox.  Has anyone had this issue?

I often have issues with hearing all participants on a group zoom call who are dialed in from one laptop.  In particular, a group will be sitting around a conference table with one microphone for all.  They have tried many options to fix the issue to no avail.   Is there an amplifier or app I can add on my end to increase the sound? I'd consider purchasing one.  Thanks!
