Specifically not a Zoom customer but was in a meeting via a court.  I have asked for the recordings for the two meetings from the court but they have taken a meeting that lasted almost 30 min via phone during covid and changed the recording being provided to me a 28 second recording of the baliff saying the named party did not appear.  Can I get the recording from Zoom with a subpeona, if need be?  Ho long would they retain the recording?

I schedule a meeting, copy and paste the meeting link to slack and text. I start the meeting inside zoom app, guests are having a hard time joining the meeting. Often, I have to restart the meeting to enable everyone to join. I get emails saying guests have joined and are in the waiting room, but they don’t show up in the meeting.

Not sure what I’m doing wrong here! Please help! Thank you.

I accidentally deleted an important Zoom recording that was saved locally and that I now need again very quickly. Does anyone know how I can restore them? It didn't work with recovery software for my computer. So now I'm hoping that I can somehow restore it with Zoom. Is there a contact service that can restore something like this?

unstable zoom

Since they updated to the new version, Zoom has been difficult. It consumes so many resources on the computer that it constantly crashes and you can't have any other window or application open. I hope they can fix this at some point.

Logitech Spotlight Presentation Pointer Stops Responding During Meeting

We recently had two seeming unrelated events. The first event (Zoom version unknown) during the set up for the presentation, the Logitech Spotlight would change slides, but the remote viewers on Zoom only saw the original slide. The slides only changed on the local system. The presenter, on a MacBook, shared his desktop. To fix we moved to the room workstation and all was well. I marked this as a network issue.

 

However yesterday, we had another meeting. I hosted it on the workstation that I have been using for all meetings for the last year with the Logitech Presentation Pointer (sharing the Desktop). The pointer worked fine until about halfway through the 1 hour presentation. Then it stopped working. The laser pointer would work, just the forward and back no longer worked. I switched to a different Presentation pointer and it changed slides without issue for the remainder of the meeting.

 

After the meeting ended, I stopped zoom remotely and then tested the Logitech Spotlight pointer. It worked flawlessly. The PC has 16 GB of memory and until this event has not experienced this issue.

 

Zoom version 5.14.15287

 

Any ideas what may be causing this issue? I plan on reinstalling Zoom and the Logitech software in an attempt to fix this issue.

yes. no react and clear vote hotkey is necessary - feature request

Resolved! Zoom Calendar Tab Missing from Zoom Workspace

My calendar tab in the Zoom Workplace 6.0.10 (25100) VDI application is not showing up anymore. There hasn't been any changes on my end. Has anyone seen this behavior before and how did you restore the calendar tab?

I have a recording saved to my Zoom cloud. I want to cut out part of the recording (about 20 seconds) but the problem is it's in the middle of the recording. How do I do that without having to download the video to a local recording because as I understand it, you cannot upload a local recording to the Zoom cloud?

When we share our screen to show a PowerPoint during a meeting, we checked the box enabling computer sound when playing a video within the PowerPoint. This works fine on my computer, but when we do this on my friend's computer, checking that box immediately mutes her as the host and she cannot unmute herself unless she stops the share. It must be a setting issue, but we can't figure it out! Help!
