hide phone number

Hi everyone,

I'm having a bit of trouble and could use some help. I'm trying to edit an invitation email, but I can't seem to hide certain numbers that appear in it. I've tried a few things, but nothing seems to work.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this? I'd really appreciate any advice!
