Zoom Caption Translation not showing my speaking language option

Our non-profit purchased the Zoom TranslatedCaptions Monthly, however, we are unable to turn it on. We do not see the option for "My speaking language" under the caption menu. We have zoom 5.17.11 and Zoom Workplace Pro
