Our non-profit purchased the Zoom TranslatedCaptions Monthly, however, we are unable to turn it on. We do not see the option for "My speaking language" under the caption menu. We have zoom 5.17.11 and Zoom Workplace Pro

@lenaismailI bought translation captions yesterday too and I'm having the same problem. I talked with Zoom support but unfortunately they were not able to help either.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @lenaismail and @attendee4141.
Once the Translated Captions add-on is purchased, it needs to be assigned to a user.

You might also have to turn on the translation option in the web settings as well, as well as selecting which languages you want participants in your meeting to have available.
