I need to record a Zoom meeting for an educational video, and I'm required to use an external mic for a better quality of sound. I have a fine and working USB microphone, which Zoom does seem to recognize as a speaking option.

However, whenever I try to choose this option, an audio test prompt jumps up, I test both audio and the microphone, all seems to be working fine, but then Zoom asks me again which option I want to use, I choose the USB mic again and am again directed to the test box, ad infinitum. 

Am I doing something wrong?

So I was just sitting on my phone with my computer screen idle. I was surprised when my screen suddenly changed with the Zoom app opening and starting a meeting.

I was the only person in the meeting, but I didn't have anything planned, and my app has never done this before. 

I noticed that an update was available. Could this have triggered the opening of a meeting? This is weird. 

Anyone know what's going on or experienced this? 

Im attempting to export all my upcoming schedules meetings to a csv. Information I'd like to have includes Meeting name, date/time, meeting link, password, and host. Doing it through Reports > User Reports >Upcoming Events only provides half of this information.

is it possible to get a URL or ICS link for all the Zoom Meetings from an account that I can integrate or import in an external calendar like Outlook or Google?

I found the link to import events from external calendars into Zoom:

But unfortunately not the other way around!
Does anyone have an idea?

I am unable to enter a report through the meetings/report a session channel as I keep getting an error message that says 500 Internal Server Error. I have tried several times and I have trying calling but our plan doesn't allow me to talk with someone live. The Live Bot chat was not helpful in understanding my problem. 

Here is the issue

This individual entered our meeting last night 9/12/2024 shouting profanities, making threats, and brandishing an assault weapon. We do not have screenshots. We have never had this happen before, so we didn't think to take one. It was a black male with shoulder length braids or dreads. We do not know how the person got the link to our meeting as they were not registered. No one else in the meeting knew the person. Our participants were registered through zoom so there is a name and email address, but the email address for this person Dmonique Jones *********** does not look like a real email address, it looks like someone hacked in.

Please let me know if there is any more that we can do.
