Whenever I click on the zoom link It does not launch into the zoom ap when I'm using my samsung tab.
I tried everything that has been said in multiple forums. It's not working.

I tried everything that has been said in multiple forums. It's not working.
Here is the situation: When I'm sharing the video on a ipad, the connected zoom users can hear the audio from the video. But I can't hear the audio of the video. How to fix this? Where as the same thing works on iPhone.
When I sharing my powerpoint presentation during Zoom meeting, I discover there are 2 or 3 black bars blocking the powerpoint which the participants cannot see all the ppt contents. In this connection, I was told to change the video setting on the "share screen" - "Advance" - "Screen capture mode" from "auto" to "capture with window filtering", however it doesn't work (black bars still there). So I changed to "secure share with window filtering" that all black bars disappeared but with such "secure share with window filtering", participants cannot see what I have written down on the whiteboard as well as powerpoint presentation under "annotate" - "text" function. Please help and tell me how to solve this problem. Thanks, Edmen

Hi, I've just updated to Windows 11 and now the USB connection between my R16 and laptop keeps connecting and reconnecting. I've turned off USB power management etc, but still no luck. It will eventually connect after 5 mins, but also won't work as a mackie controller in cubase. Any help would be greatly recieved. Thanks Pete

Hello everyone, I get zoom meetings automatically created from a form in my website. How to get those meetings to automatically appear in my google calendar?
All I have found works the other way, you create the meeting in your calendar and it appears in zoom, but I need it to work in the other direction.

Hi there! Not sure if I'm in the right spot, but I'm trying to solve an issue. After installing the latest version of Zoom, the OBS virtual cam isn't listed under the camera-options in the Zoom-settings. Prior to the update, it was. MacOS Ventura 13.4.1 Zoom-version 5.15.6 (21146) OBS-version 29.1.3 Troubleshooting done: - Uninstalled OBS, reinstalled OBS - Restarted computer after succesful install - Start up OBS, start virtual camera - Closed Zoom, start up Teams, checked settings in Teams: virtual cam is listed Does anyone know the solution? Much appreciated!

I hosted a meeting today (Dec 17, 2024) at 1pm. I set the meeting to automatically record to my local computer. However, when we began the meeting I realized it didn't notify me of the automatic recording like it usually does. So I clicked the record button manually, and then the feedback I got was "Smart Recording With AI Enabled". I still didn't get any notification like it usually gives. So I clicked it again severally and still no notification of recording. So I thought then it must be recording. After the meeting ended, I realized that I have no recording. I have search my computer, the cloud storage and everywhere else I can't find it. Has anyone faced this issue and what can I do to find the recording.

Hi, the Outlook Plug-In version 6.3.5.1078 can't be installed on multiple Windows 10 machines. I get a Transform Table Error (MSI Error 1624) if the OS language is set to any other than English. If I switch my OS language from German to English, the installation starts fine. The previous version 6.2.5 installs without any problems. Here is a log from a command line installation MSI Log Hope this can be fixed. I can't just switch the OS language on all machines just to update the Outlook Plug-In. Regards, Jan

Hello, community. Recently, I just recording a meeting without log in to zoom. (approved by the host, and it was recorded locally in my zoom.us app). However, I cannot find the recording file in my local device (Macbook)? I have tried to look into my Finder, but could not find the video file. Can any one tell me want happened? Or, is it necessary to log in to record meetings? but, why does it allow me to click on the option to record if I am not logged in? Thank you. HW
