I have a new computer and now my zoom camera seems to adjust its zoom on me for emphasis. As in, it pans in or out depending on whether I'm leaning in or away. My meeting participants are commenting on this and find it distracting. I want to change it back but I can't tell which setting it's connected to. It seems like the Windows equivalent of Apples 'Center Stage' option.

Windows 11 - Zoom reboots PC during meeting

My PC restarts at irregular intervals during a Zoom meeting. I assume it just shuts down and restarts, but there is no blue screen.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Both Windows and Zoom are up to date with the latest updates.

Increasing number allowed to register

hiya folksI am running a series of 10 meetings (for the same participants.Initially I limited registration participation to 12 people but realise I can host more and would now like to increase the number to 16 people. I cannot see how to do this now.... Show more

Initially I limited registration participation to 12 people but realise I can host more and would now like to increase the number to 16 people. I cannot see how to do this now. I don't see anywhere where the former "limit to 12" is listed... 

Any ideas?

Resolved! No Record Option

When I'm logged into my basic, unpaid account using the app on my tablet I have no option of recording. When I start a meeting and click the ... the option to record isn't there. When I look it up, Zoom says basic accounts can record and save to thei... Show more

When I'm logged into my basic, unpaid account using the app on my tablet I have no option of recording. When I start a meeting and click the ... the option to record isn't there. When I look it up, Zoom says basic accounts can record and save to their computer, but I'm not finding that option. Not even in my account settings. 

 

On the other hand when I use my husband's paid account his does have the option to record. The problem is, I need to use his account to watch something previously recorded while using my personal account to record myself.

 

Am I mistaken with my understanding of being able to record with my unpaid account? Any assistance would be appreciated!

Zoom recording sound problems

I recorded it on the computer

I moved the file and released it on another computer

There's no problem with the video, but the audio comes out weird

Can't I download the recording file again?

 

The computer I downloaded was formatted
